Claims (45)

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변조기는 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 디지털 데이터 시퀀스들을 생성하기 위해 다수의 직교 시퀀스들을 사용하여 디지털 데이터 비트들의 시퀀스 중 각각의 비트를 배타-OR 연산하도록 구성된 직교 커버 엘리먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인프라구조 엘리먼트.

- 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들 및 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 포함하는 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 수신하도록 구성된 수신 수단; 및상기 수신 수단에 접속되어 상기 수신 수단로부터 상기 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 수신하고, 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들을 복조하도록 구성된 복조 수단을 포함하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 28항에 있어서,상기 복조 수단은 상기 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 사용하여 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들을 코히어런트하게 복조하도록 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 28항에 있어서,상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들은 각각 직교 시퀀스에 의해 개별적으로 확산된 데이터값들의 세트를 포함하며, 상기 데이터 값들의 각각의 세트에는 개별 직교 시퀀스가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 28항에 있어서,상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들의 제 1 서브세트는 상기 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호의 제 1 시간 세그먼트를 점유하고, 상기 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스는 상기 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호의 제 2 시간 세그먼트를 점유하고, 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들의 제 2 서브세트는 상기 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호의 제 3 시간 세그먼트를 점유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 31항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 3 시간 세그먼트들은 불연속인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 31항에 있어서,상기 제 1 시간 세그먼트는 상기 제 2 시간 세그먼트에 선행하고, 상기 제 2 시간 세그먼트는 상기 제 3 시간 세그먼트에 선행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 33항에 있어서,상기 복조 수단은 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들과 상기 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 생성하기 위해 상기 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 디멀티플렉싱하도록 구성된 디멀티플렉싱 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 복조 수단은 상기 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 사용하여 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들을 코히어런트하게 복조하도록 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 제 35항에 있어서,상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들은 각각 직교 시퀀스에 의해 개별적으로 확산된 데이터 값들의 세트를 포함하며, 상기 데이터 값들의 각각의 세트에는 개별 직교 시퀀스가 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 유니트.
- 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들 및 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 포함하는 시간 분할 멀티플렉싱된 신호를 수신하는 단계; 및상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들을 복조하는 단계를 포함하는 데이터 수신 및 처리 방법.
- 제 37항에 있어서,상기 복조 단계는 상기 파일럿 값들의 시퀀스를 사용하여 상기 다수의 직교 커버링된 데이터 시퀀스들을 코히어런트하게 복조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 수신 및 처리 방법.
