Claims (16)
- A) 엘라스토머;B) 랜덤 프로필렌/알파 올레핀 공중합체;C) 가교제; 및 임의로D) 용융 강도 향상 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 20 내지 80 중량%의 양으로 존재하고;B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 15 내지 45 중량%의 양으로 존재하며 ASTM D-3417에 의해 측정시 융점 (Tm)이 160℃ 미만이고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 ASTM D523-89 (1999)에 의해 측정시 가교제가 부재하는 동일한 블렌드 조성물에 비해서 150℃에서 60°광택의 20 % 이상의 감소를 초래하는 양으로 사용되고;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 0 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 존재하며;E) 상기 블렌드는 ASTM D-3417을 사용한 시차주사열량계, DSC에 의해 측정시 피크 융점 (Tm)이 165℃ 미만이고 최저 Tg 피크가 -10℃ 미만이며;F) 상기 블렌드의 엠보싱가능성 지수 (EI)가 0.48 초과인 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 30 내지 70 중량%의 양으로 존재하고;B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 20 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 존재하며 ASTM D-3417에 의해 측정시 융점 (Tm)이 155℃ 미만이고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 ASTM D523-89 (1999)에 의해 측정시 가교제가 부재하는 동일한 블렌드 조성물에 비해서 150℃에서 60°광택의 30 % 이상의 감소를 초래하는 양으로 사용되고;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 15 내지 35 중량%의 양으로 존재하며;E) 상기 블렌드는 ASTM D-3417을 사용한 시차주사열량계, DSC에 의해 측정시 피크 융점 (Tm)이 160℃ 미만이고 최저 Tg 피크가 -20℃ 미만인 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 35 내지 65 중량%의 양으로 존재하고;B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 20 내지 35 중량%의 양으로 존재하며 ASTM D-3417에 의해 측정시 융점 (Tm)이 150℃ 미만이고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 ASTM D523-89 (1999)에 의해 측정시 가교제가 부재하는 동일한 블렌드 조성물에 비해서 150℃에서 60°광택의 40 % 이상의 감소를 초래하는 양으로 사용되고;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D가 (성분 A, B, C, 및 D의 총 중량을 기준으로) 20 내지 35 중량%의 양으로 존재하며;E) 상기 블렌드는 ASTM D-3417을 사용한 시차주사열량계, DSC에 의해 측정시 피크 융점 (Tm)이 155℃ 미만이고 최저 Tg 피크가 -30℃ 미만인 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 균일- 또는 불균일-분지형 에틸렌/알파 올레핀 상호중합체, 실질적으로 랜덤 에틸렌/비닐 방향족 상호중합체, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 (EVA), 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 (EEA), 및 에틸렌/아크릴산 (EAA) 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 천연 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 디엔 (EPDM) 고무, 실리콘 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 천연 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔/스티렌 (SBS), 스티렌/이소프렌/스티렌 (SIS), 및 스티렌/에틸렌/부타디엔/스티렌 (SEBS) 스티렌계 블록 공중합체, 염소화 폴리에틸렌 (CPE), 부나 고무, 및 니트릴, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 프로필렌/C2-C20 알파 올레핀 공중합체이고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 퍼옥사이드, 페놀, 아지드, 알데히드-아민 반응 생성물, 치환된 우레아, 치환된 구아니딘; 치환된 크산테이트; 치환된 디티오카바메이트; 황-함유 화합물, 예컨대 티아졸, 이미다졸, 술펜아미드, 티우라미디술파이드, 파라퀴논디옥심, 디벤조파라퀴논디옥심, 황; 실란, 및 전자비임 방사선, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 (HDPE), 폴리스티렌 (PS), 천연 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 단량체 (EPDM), 및 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 (UHMWPE), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 블렌드.
- 제5항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 밀도가 0.915 g/cm3 이하인 균일- 또는 불균일-분지형 에틸렌/알파 올레핀 상호중합체 또는 비닐 방향족 단량체 함량이 40 몰% 이하인 실질적으로 랜덤 에틸렌/비닐 방향족 상호중합체이고;B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 랜덤 프로필렌/에틸렌, 프로필렌/부텐, 프로필렌/헥센 및 프로필렌/옥텐 공중합체, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 퍼옥사이드, 아지드; 실란, 및 전자비임 방사선, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE)인 블렌드.
- 제6항에 있어서,A) 상기 엘라스토머, 성분 A가 밀도가 0.905 g/cm3 이하인 균일- 또는 불균일-분지형 에틸렌/옥텐 상호중합체이고;B) 상기 랜덤 프로필렌 공중합체, 성분 B가 랜덤 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체이고;C) 상기 가교제, 성분 C가 퍼옥사이드이며;D) 상기 용융 강도 향상 중합체, 성분 D는 용융 강도가 3 cN 초과인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE)인 블렌드.
- A) 엘라스토머;B) 폴리프로필렌 단일중합체와 랜덤 프로필렌/알파 올레핀 공중합체의 혼합물;C) 가교제; 및 임의로D) 용융 강도 향상 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 초고분자량 실록산 중합체, 또는 카본 블랙 또는 무기 충전제 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 포함하는 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 포함하는 열성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 포함하는 와이어 및 케이블 재킷(jacket).
- 제11항에 있어서, 자동차 바닥재 또는 바닥재 매트의 형태인 열성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 열성형시켜 열성형품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 사용하여 열성형품에서 광택 및(또는) 열성형 온도를 낮추는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제8항의 블렌드를 사용하여 제조된, 증가된 표면 거칠기 및 연질 촉감을 갖는 물품.
