Abstract
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 내지 최대 90 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌 A; 및
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 최대 50 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체인 폴리프로필렌 B; 이때 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 의 로드 하에서 표준 ISO 1133, 조건 M 의 방법에 따라 측정된 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수는 최대 1.0 g/10min 이고;
폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수에 대한 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수의 비는 80 이상임.
Description
도 2 는 PS, PPR, 및 PPH1 으로 각각 제조된 시트의 열성형 온도의 함수로서 최대 상부 로드를 플롯팅 (plotting) 한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 3A 및 3B 는 PPR 및 PPH1 으로 각각 제조된 열성형 컵의 벽 두께를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 4 는 PPH1 및 PPR 을 포함하는 조성물로 제조된 시트, 및 각 성분으로 개별 제조된 시트의 열성형 온도의 함수로서 최대 상부 로드를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 5 는 PPH1 및 PPR 을 포함하는 조성물로 제조된 열성형 컵의 벽 두께를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 6 은 PPH1 및 PPR 을 포함하는 조성물로 제조된 시트, 및 PPR 및 PPH1 으로 개별 제조된 시트의 열성형 온도의 함수로서 펀치 힘의 전개를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 7 은 PPH3 단독으로 제조된 시트에 비해 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 조성물로 제조된 열성형 시트의 열성형 온도의 함수로서 최대 상부 로드를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 8 은 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 조성물로 제조된 열성형 컵의 벽 두께를 플롯팅한 그래프를 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는 열성형용 폴리프로필렌 조성물:
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 내지 최대 90 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌 A; 및
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 최대 50 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체인 폴리프로필렌 B; 이때 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 의 로드 하에서 표준 ISO 1133, 조건 M 의 방법에 따라 측정된 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수는 최대 1.0 g/10min 이고;
폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수에 대한 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수의 비는 80 이상임. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수에 대한 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수의 비가 100 이상인, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 A 가 1.0 중량% 이상의 하나 이상의 공단량체를 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 B 가 최대 0.2 % 의 공단량체를 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, ISO 3146 에 따라 측정된 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융점 및 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융점의 차이가 5.0℃ 이상, 또는 7.0℃ 이상인, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수가 최대 0.85 g/10min, 또는 최대 0.70 g/10min, 또는 최대 0.75 g/10min, 또는 최대 0.6 g/10min 인, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수가 10.0 g/10min 이상, 또는 20 g/10min 이상, 또는 30 g/10min 이상, 또는 35 g/10min 이상, 또는 40 g/10min 이상인, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 조성물이 75 중량% 이상 내지 최대 90 중량% 의 폴리프로필렌 A, 및 10 중량% 이상 내지 최대 25 중량% 의 폴리프로필렌 B 를 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 의 로드 하에서 표준 ISO 1133, 조건 M 의 방법에 따라 측정된 폴리프로필렌 조성물의 용융 흐름 지수가 1.0 g/10min 이상 및 최대 30 g/10min, 또는 2.0 g/10min 이상 및 최대 25 g/10min, 또는 5.0 g/10min 이상 및 최대 20 g/10min 인, 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물의 제조 방법:
i) 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌 A 를 제공하는 단계;
ii) 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체인 폴리프로필렌 B 를 제공하는 단계, 이때 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수는 최대 1.0 g/10min 이고, 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수에 대한 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수의 비는 80 이상임;
iii) 50 중량% 이상 내지 최대 90 중량% 의 폴리프로필렌 A 와, 10 중량% 이상 내지 최대 50 중량% 의 폴리프로필렌 B 를 폴리프로필렌 조성물 내로 배합하는 단계, 이때 중량% 는 폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 함. - 열성형가능하거나 열성형된 물품인, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 하기를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 포함하는 열성형된 물품:
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 내지 최대 90 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌 A; 및
폴리프로필렌 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 최대 50 중량% 의, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체인 폴리프로필렌 B; 이때 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 의 로드 하에서 표준 ISO 1133, 조건 M 의 방법에 따라 측정된 폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수는 최대 1.0 g/10min 임; 및
폴리프로필렌 B 의 용융 흐름 지수에 대한 폴리프로필렌 A 의 용융 흐름 지수의 비는 20 이상임. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 포함하는 열성형가능 시트.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 열성형가능하거나 열성형된 물품인, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 포함하는 물품, 또는 제 12 항에 따른 물품의 제조 방법:
a) 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 제공하는 단계;
b) 단계 a) 에서 수득된 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 이용하여 시트를 형성하는 단계;
c) 단계 b) 에서 형성된 시트를, 열성형가능하거나 열성형된 물품인, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 포함하는 물품, 또는 제 12 항에 따른 물품으로 열성형하는 단계. - 제 14 항에 있어서, 단계 c) 가 형성-충전-및-밀봉 라인 (form-fill-and-seal line) 에서 수행되는, 물품의 제조 방법.
