Description
Claims (15)
- 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체를 포함하는 압출품으로서, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가
a. IUPAC 의 4 내지 6 족의 전이 금속 화합물,
b. 2 족 금속 화합물 및
c. 비-프탈계 화합물, 또는 비-프탈산 에스테르인 내부 공여자
d. 조촉매, 및
e. 임의로 외부 공여자를 포함하는 지글러-나타 (Ziegler-Natta) 촉매의 존재 하 중합되고, 추가로 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가
a. 1 - 200 g/10 min 의 범위의 ISO1133 에 따른 MFR230℃/2.16kg 을 갖고,
b. 프탈산 에스테르뿐 아니라 이의 해당 분해 생성물을 갖지 않고,
c. 하나 이상의 α-조핵제를 포함하고,
d. 0 - 1.0 wt% 의 에틸렌 및 C4-C10 α-올레핀 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
e. 압출품이 0.165 %/㎛ 이하의 상대적 헤이즈를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 α-조핵제가 중합체성 조핵제 및 모노- 또는 폴리카르복실산 조핵제 중 하나 이상인 압출품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가 0 - 0.40 wt% 의 에틸렌 및 C4-C10 α-올레핀 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 압출품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 추가로 50 ㎛ 캐스트 필름에서 측정되는 경우, ASTM 1003 에 따른 헤이즈가 ≤ 8.3 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 추가로 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가 중합체성 조핵제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가 > 0.40 - 0.90 wt% 의 에틸렌 및 C4-C10 α-올레핀 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 하기를 특징으로 하는 압출품:
a. 상대적 헤이즈가 0.120 %/㎛ 이하이거나
b. 165℃ 에서 측정된 수축이 (-10)% 이상이거나
c. ISO2813 에 따른 내부 광택 (gloss-in) 이 122.5% 이상임. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 추가로 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체가 모노- 또는 폴리카르복실산 조핵제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가로 300 ㎛ 시트에서 측정되는 경우, 헤이즈가 ≤ 12.0% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출품이 2000 ㎛ 이하의 벽 두께를 갖는 압출품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물품이 발포 필름, 캐스트 필름, 시트 또는 다중층 필름 또는 다중층 시트의 층인 압출품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 압출품을 포함하는 최종품.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 광학 특성 또는 헤이즈 또는 상대적 헤이즈가 개선된, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 압출품의 제조 방법:
a. 하기를 포함하는 지글러-나타 촉매의 존재 하에서, 프로필렌 및 임의로 에틸렌을 중합하는 단계:
i. IUPAC 의 4 내지 6 족의 전이 금속 화합물,
ii. 2 족 금속 화합물 (MC) 및
iii. 비-프탈계 화합물, 또는 비-프탈산 에스테르인 내부 공여자 (ID),
iv. 조촉매 (Co), 및
v. 임의로 외부 공여자 (ED)
b. 하나 이상의 α-조핵제를 혼입하는 단계
c. 단계 a) 내지 b) 에서 수득된 상기 중합체를 포함하는 물품을 압출하는 단계. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패키징, 하우스홀드 (household), 쿠킹, 의학 적용 또는 열성형 적용에서 사용되는 압출품.
