Claims (9)
- 회전축 및 개폐축을 가지며, 회전동작 및 개폐동작이 가능한 2축 힌지로서, 상기 회전축은, 개폐축의 장축방향에 수직으로 설치된 관통구멍에 끼워 맞춤되어 개폐축을 관통하고, 회전축 및 개폐축에는 고정캠, 회전캠 및 스프링이 각각 삽입되어, 스프링의 힘에 의해서 고정캠 및 회전캠이 맞닿고, 상기 맞닿은 캠 및 스프링이, 회전동작 및 개폐동작할 때에 독립하여 미끄럼동작 마찰토크를 발생하는 토크유니트를 구성하고, 회전축의 회전동작은, 개폐축의 회전각도에 따라 회전규제기구가 제한하고, 상기 회전규제기구는, 회전축과 개폐축의 사이에 설치된 2개소의 규제용 맞닿음면에서 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 회전축 및 개폐축을 가지며, 회전동작 및 개폐동작이 가능한 2축 힌지로서, 상기 회전축은, 개폐축의 장축방향에 수직으로 설치된 관통구멍에 끼워 맞춤되어 개폐축을 관통하고, 회전축 및 개폐축에는 고정캠, 회전캠 및 스프링이 각각 삽입되어, 스프링의 힘에 의해서 고정캠 및 회전캠이 맞닿고, 상기 맞닿은 캠 및 스프링이, 회전동작 및 개폐동작할 때에 독립하여 미끄럼동작 마찰토크를 발생하는 토크유니트를 구성하고, 회전축의 회전동작은, 개폐축의 회전각도에 따라 회전규제기구가 제한하고, 상기 회전규제기구는, 회전축과 개폐축의 사이에 설치된 1개소의 규제용 맞닿음면에서 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축의 일부를 긴지름과 짧은지름을 가진 단면형상으로 이루고, 개폐축의 개폐각도에 따라 상기 단면과 맞닿으면서 그 개구부의 폭이 상기 회전축의 회전을 저해시키는 폭과, 상기 회전축의 회전을 가능하게 하는 폭을 가지거나 또는, 몸체쪽의 일부에 회전규제홈 혹은 회전규제판을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 개폐축의 개폐 토크유니트는, 회전축이 관통하는 개폐축의 축구멍에 대하여 축방향의 좌우 어느 한쪽에 집중하여 설치하고, 다른 한쪽을 배선 등의 공간영역으로 하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 개폐축의 개폐 토크유니트가 개폐축을 공통으로 하여 끼워 맞추고, 축방향으로 이동이 가능하고 개폐축과 일치하여 회전하는 고정캠과 회전이 가능한 회전캠을 맞닿게 하여, 상기 맞닿음면에 스프링의 반발력으로 마찰토크를 발생하는 유니트이며, 상기 유니트가 2개소 이상 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축 및 개폐축의 회전 및 개폐각도 규제를 위한 스토퍼기구를 설치하여, 상기 회전축 및 개폐축의 회전범위를 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축 및 개폐축의 회전 및 개폐동작할 때에 어느 특정의 위치에서 클릭을 발생하기 위해, 축에 구성되는 토크 발생용의 고정 및 회전캠에 돌기와 오목부를 설치하고, 상기 고정 및 회전캠의 돌기와 오목부의 맞닿음에 의해, 혹은 회전 및 개폐축에 돌기와 오목부의 맞닿는 부위를 추가하여, 클릭을 발생하는 기구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축 및 개폐축과 미끄럼동작하면서 일체로 회전하기 위해서, 고정캠과 미끄럼동작하는 부위의 각각의 축의 단면이 원 이외의 단면으로 가공된 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 2축 힌지를 외부에 설치하여 고정하기 위해서, 개폐축에 고정용 브래킷 부품을 추가하여 상기 브래킷에 의해 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기구 부착 2축 힌지.
