Claims (19)
- 적어도 하나의 에폭시 작용성 화합물, 및 적어도 하나의 금속 아크릴레이트 경화제 약 5-20중량%를 포함하는 경화 조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 경화 화합물, 및 적어도 하나의 금속 아크릴레이트 경화제를 포함하며, 퍼옥시드, 아민, 폴리아미드, 산 작용성 경화제, 디시안디아미드, 폴리설피드, 안하이드라이드, 멜라민, 우레아 및 이미디졸 화합물을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 열 경화 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 테이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 코팅제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 테이프는 강화(reinforced)됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 그 강화재는 스크림, 웹, 매트, 메쉬, 다공 혹은 비다공 중합체 필름, 부직 혹은 직물 집합으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 멤버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 자동차 밀봉제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 폴리부타디엔, 멜라민, 이소시아네이트, 비스 A, 비스 F, 시클로지방족 에폭시, 노볼락 및 에폭시 에스테르로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 멤버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 적어도 하나의 실리케이트, 실리카, 트리하이드레이트, 카보네이트, 비스무스, 및 점토로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 필러를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 금속 분말, 자기 물질, 세라믹 분말, 플라스틱 분말 및 수지로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 적어도 하나의 강화재를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 강화재는 적어도 하나의 섬유 또는 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 지르코네이트 및 타이타네이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 착화제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 아크릴레이트 경화제는 아연 디아크릴레이트, 아연 디메타크릴레이트, 마그네슘 디아크릴레이트, 이들의 혼합물 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 멤버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 아크릴레이트 경화제는 아연 디아크릴레이트 및 디메타크릴레이트중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 금속 아크릴레이트 경화제는 아연 디아크릴레이트, 디메타크릴레이트 및 마그네슘 디아크릴레이트중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실란 및 폴리실록산으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 멤버를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 보론 니트리드를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 코팅제는 에폭시 작용성 e-코팅제 및 에폭시 작용성 분말 코팅제로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 멤버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
