Claims (19)
- 가스 확산 기재의 전체 부피에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포하는 촉매 입자들 및 다공성 지지 물질을 포함하는, 연료 전지용 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 다공성 지지 물질의 표면 상에서 유동되지 않는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 1 내지 100nm의 평균 입도를 갖는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Au, Ag, Ir, Os 및(또는) 이들의 산화물들, 및(또는) 베이스 금속들과 이들의 혼합물 또는 합금들로 구성된 군(Group)으로부터 귀금속들을 포함하는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 단위 면적당 0.01 내지 100mg의 금속/cm2의 농도로 가스 확산 기재 상에 존재하는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 지지 물질은 직포 탄소 섬유 직물, 탄소 섬유 부직포, 탄소 페이퍼, 탄소 섬유 메시, 도전성 물질로 코팅된 합성 섬유 메시, 도전성 물질로 코팅된 직포 폴리머 섬유 직물, 도전성 물질로 코팅된 유리 섬유, 도전성 물질로 코팅된 발포체 또는 직포 금속 섬유 직물 또는 금속 와이어 메시를 포함하는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 가스상 활성이고, 일산화탄소의 산화에 적절한 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 가스상 활성이고, 일산화탄소를 메탄으로 변환시키는데 적절한 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자들은 메탄올의 산화에 적절한 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재.
- 촉매 입자들이 적어도 하나의 전구체 화합물의 열분해에 의해 다공성 지지 물질 상에 형성되는, 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 화합물의 열분해가 발생하고, 촉매 입자들이 상기 지지체 물질의 표면상에 형성되고 고정됨에 따라, 상기 다공성 지지 물질은 적어도 하나의 전구체 화합물로 처리되고, 건조되고, 열처리되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 열적으로 분해될 수 있는 금속 화합물들이 전구체 화합물들로서 사용되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질산염들, 탄산염들, 카르복실산염들, 히드록시카르복실산염, 아세트산염, 락트산염, 부타노산염, 옥살산염, 포름산염, 수지산염 및 에틸헥사노산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 1개 이상의 금속 화합물들이 전구체 화합물로서 사용되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 200 내지 900℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열 처리는 가스상 분위기 하에, 바람직하게는 공기, 질소, 수소 또는 이들의 혼합물들 하에 수행되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 생산은 연속 공정으로 수행되는 것인 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 생산 공정.
- 수소-함유 연료 가스들로부터 일산화탄소를 제거하기 위해 연료 전지들 중의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 용도.
- 메탄올의 산화를 위한 직접 메탄올 연료 전지 중의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매-함유 가스 확산 기재을 포함하는 저온 연료 전지용 멤브레인-전극 유닛.
