Claims (12)
- (1) 알루미늄 기재의 표면에, 광휘재를 함유하는 열경화성 폴리에스테르 수지 분체 광휘성 베이스 도료(a)를 코팅하여, 베이킹하는 단계;(2) 열경화성 아크릴 수지 분체 클리어 도료(b)를 코팅하고, 베이킹하여, 광휘성을 가지는 복층 코팅필름을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 알루미늄 기재의 코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분체 광휘성 베이스 도료(a)에 함유되는 광휘재가, 수지-코팅 알루미늄 플레이크, 착색 알루미늄 플레이크, 마이카, 티탄 금속 플레이크, 알루미나 플레이크, 실리카 플레이크, 그래파이트, 스테인레스스틸 플레이크, 판상 산화철 및 운모상 산화철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 광휘재인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분체 광휘성 베이스 도료(a)가, 기본 수지로서 카르복실기 함유 폴리에스테르 수지를, 가교제로서 β-히드록시알킬아미드를 함유하는 도료인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지가, 산가 10∼100 KOH mg/수지1g 정도의 폴리에스테르 폴리카르복시산 수지인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지가, 중량 평균 분자량 500∼50,000 정도의 폴리에스테르 폴리카르복시산 수지인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지가, 연화 온도 50∼140℃ 정도의 폴리에스테르 폴리카르복시산 수지인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,카르복실기 함유 폴리에스테르 수지에 대한 β-히드록시알킬아미드의 함유 비율이, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지가 갖는 카르복실기 1개당, 상기 β-히드록시알킬아미드가 갖는 수산기가 1.2∼1.6개 정도의 범위가 되는 비율인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분체 클리어 도료(b)가, 기본 수지로서 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지를, 가교제로서 폴리카르복시산 및/또는 그의 무수물을 함유하는 도료인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지의 에폭시 당량이, 200∼800 정도인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이, 1,000∼10,000 정도인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지의 연화 온도가, 50∼140℃ 정도인코팅필름 형성 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,에폭시기 함유 아크릴 수지에 대한 폴리카르복시산 및/또는 그의 무수물의 함유 비율이, 상기 아크릴 수지가 갖는 에폭시기 1개당, 상기 폴리카르복시산 및/또는 그의 무수물이 갖는 카르복실기 및 그의 무수기가 0.6∼0.9개 정도의 범위가 되는 비율인코팅필름 형성 방법.
