Claims (2)
- 중립면을 이루는 판재의 상부 및 하부에 다수개의 압전 세라믹이 적층되어 구성되는 압전 세라믹을 이용한 진동 장치에 있어서,상기 압전 세라믹의 두께를 서로 달리하여 변형이 많이 발생해야 하는 외곽의 압전 세라믹 층이 쉽게 변형될 수 있게 하는 압전 세라믹을 이용한 진동 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압전 세라믹의 두께를 상기 압전 세라믹이 상기 중립면으로부터 멀어질수록 얇게 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹을 이용한 진동 장치.
