Claims (19)
- (a) 하나 이상의 삼투성 제제 및(b) 제한된 삼투력을 갖는 점성의 유체 현탁액 비히클을 포함하고,삼투성 제제 및 비히클이 유체 환경으로부터 삼투성 장치의 반투과성 막을 통해 유체를 흡수하는 경우에 크기가 증가되는 유동성 조성물을 형성하는, 유용한 제제 제형을 전달하기 위한 삼투성 장치에 유용한 삼투성 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁액 비히클이 반투과성 막에서 낮은 침투 활성을 갖는 삼투성 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁액 비히클이 TweenR 80 또는 대두유인 삼투성 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 삼투성 제제가 염화나트륨인 삼투성 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 농후화제를 추가로 포함하는 삼투성 엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 농후화제가 중합체인 삼투성 엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중합체가 1 내지 2%(중량/중량)로 존재하는 삼투성 엔진.
- (a) 유체 환경으로부터 유체를 통과시킬 수 있는 반투과성 막을 부분적으로 포함하는 벽;(b) 벽의 내부에 존재하고, 외부 유체 환경과 내부를 연결하는 통로를 갖는, 유용한 제제 제형을 저장하는 저장소 및(c) 유체 환경으로부터 반투과성 막을 통해 유체를 흡수하는 경우에 크기가 증가되며, 이러한 크기의 증가는 유용한 제제 제형을 함유하는 저장소에 대해 압력을 생성하여, 유용한 제제 제형이 통로를 통해 유체 환경 밖으로 통과되도록 하는, 벽 내부에 존재하고, 반투과성 막과 접촉되어 있으며, 제한된 삼투력을 갖는 유체 현탁액 비히클 중의 하나 이상의 삼투성 제제의 유동성 조성물로 존재하는 점성 삼투성 엔진을 포함하는, 유용한 제제 제형을 전달하기 위한 삼투성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 현탁액 비히클이 반투과성 막에서 낮은 침투 활성을 갖는 삼투성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 현탁액 비히클이 TweenR 80 또는 대두유인 삼투성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 삼투성 제제가 염화나트륨인 삼투성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 점성 삼투성 엔진이 농후화제를 추가로 포함하는 삼투성 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 농후화제가 중합체인 삼투성 장치.
- (a) 유체 환경으로부터 물을 통과시킬 수 있는 반투과성 막을 적어도 부분적으로 포함하는 벽(1); 벽의 내부에 존재하고, 외부 유체 환경과 내부를 연결하는 통로를 갖는, 유용한 제제 제형을 저장하는 저장소(2) 및 제한된 삼투력을 갖는 유체 현탁액 비히클과 하나 이상의 삼투성 제제를 혼합하여 제조되고 벽의 내부에 있는 구획으로 충전되는 점성의 유동성 조성물로서 존재하는 삼투성 엔진(3)을 포함하는 삼투성 장치를 유체 환경에 배치하는 단계 및(b) 삼투성 엔진이 유체 환경으로부터 반투과성 막을 통해 유체를 흡수하고 유용한 제제 제형을 함유하는 저장소에 대해 압력을 생성하여, 유용한 제제 제형이 통로를 통해 유체 환경 밖으로 통과되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 유용한 제제 제형을 사용되는 유체 환경으로 전달하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 현탁액 비히클이 반투과성 막에서 낮은 침투 활성을 갖는 방법.
