Claims (7)
- 토크 센서에서 검출된 조향토크에 따라, 전동 모터의 회전력에 의해 감속기의 기어 등의 전달 기구를 통하여, 스티어링 샤프트의 조향력을 보조하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치에 있어서,스티어링 휠의 조향 상태를 검출하는 회전각 센서를 구비하고, 상기 회전각 센서의 피검출부가 상기 감속기 내에 설치되며, 상기 회전각 센서의 검출부가 상기 스티어링 샤프트의 반경 방향으로 상기 감속기의 베어링보다 외측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피검출부는 상기 감속기 내의 웜 휠에 배치되고, 상기 검출부에서 상기 웜 휠의 회전을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 검출부는 상기 감속기 내의 웜 휠 내에서 어느 한쪽의 측면에 형성된 오목홈 내에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 검출부는 상기 피검출부의 측면에 대향하는 위치에 배치되고, 상기 피검출부로부터의 각도 신호를 자기적 또는 광학적으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피검출부는 상기 감속기 내의 웜 휠 내의 어느 한 쪽의 측면에 형성된 오목홈으로 구성되고, 상기 오목홈의 내주면에 형성된 소기어로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전각 센서는, 상기 감속기 내의 웜 휠의 측면에 설치된 환상의 상기 피검출부와, 상기 피검출부에 대향하는 위치에 설치된 검출부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감속기는 복수의 베어링에 의해서 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 파워 스티어링 장치.
