Abstract
찜통의 내부에 유체류를 담을 수 있도록 가열된 수증기가 유입되어 열을 전달하는 수증기유입공을 상측에 형성하여 기존 별도의 용기를 준비해야 해던 절차의 번거로움을 해소하고, 내부에 조리되는 음식물에 낙하하는 수증기를 외부로 배출하도록 다수개의 물기배출구를 형성하여 내부에서 조리되는 음식물이 변질되는 것을 방지하며, 상기 가열용기에 담겨져 가열된 수증기가 수증기상승부를 통하여 상승되고, 수증기하강부를 통하여 하강됨으로써 연속적으로 순환하게 되어 열전달율이 빨라지고 열효율이 상승하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 계란과 같은 유체류의 찜조리에 사용되는 용기에 있어서;
상부에서 외측으로 경사면이 형성된 찜통안착부(11)가 구비된 가열용기(10)와;
상기 찜통안착부(11)의 상면에 안착되고, 상기 가열용기(10)에서 발생되는 수증기가 내부로 유입되도록 상부의 원주면에 다수개의 수증기유입공(21)이 형성된찜통(20)과;
상기 가열용기(10)의 상부를 덮는 용기덮개(30)로 구성되며;
상기 가열용기(10)의 상부에는 상기 용기덮개(30)의 하부가 안착되도록 내주연이 단턱진 덮개안착부(12)가 구비되고;
상기 덮개안착부(12)의 내측에는 상기 용기덮개(30)의 내부면에 생성되는 응결수가 음식물로 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 다수개의 응결수유출공(13)이 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체류 찜용기.

상기 거치부(22)의 일측에는 상기 찜통(20)이 중심축에서 일측방향으로 이격되도록 상기 거치부(22)가 일측으로 연장형성된 연장거치부(23)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체류 찜용기.
