Abstract
본 고안의 도로용 빛감지 안전 등화장치는, 렌즈에 의해 개방된 전면이 차폐되는 케이스 및 이 케이스의 내부에 구비되는 회로기판에 전기적으로 연결되는 LED램프와 빛 감지센서와 충전배터리로 구성되는 도로용 빛 감지 안전 등화장치에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 개방된 일면 전체를 가리도록 대응되는 크기로 구비되며, 중심과 그 일측으로 각각 램프홀과 센서홀이 관통 형성되고, 외면에는 빛을 반사하는 반사면이 형성되는 반사판과; 상기 반사판의 외측으로 상대적으로 작은 크기로 구비되되 상기 램프홀을 수용할 정도의 크기를 갖는 것으로, 상기 LED램프에 의해 광반사되는 영역을 구획하는 렌즈와; 상기 케이스의 테두리 일측에 상기 반사판에 대해 평행하게 돌출 형성되는 플랜지와; 일측에 상기 플랜지에 결합되는 결합판부가 돌출 구비되고 이에 대해 경사각을 갖도록 굽힘되면서 일면으로는 상기 회로기판에 전기적으로 연결되는 태양전지를 구비하는 태양전지 모듈과; 상기 케이스의 후면에 일단이 결합 고정되고 타단은 굽힘 연장되어 대상물에 부착 고정되는 마운팅 브라켓을 포함하여 구성된다.
이러한 구성의 도로용 빛 감지 안전 등화장치는, 도로변의 가이드 레일 또는 트랙터나 경운기 등의 농기기 또는 도로변에 설치된 지주 또는 구조물에 용이하게 부착 고정시켜 사용이 가능하도록 함으로써 사용상의 편의성과 장착 대상의 자유도를 높이고 필요시 사용자가 용이하게 이전 설치할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 외부로부터 조사되는 빛을 감지하여 점등됨에 따라 원거리에서도 용이하게 식별이 가능하여 안전사고의 위험을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 기대된다. 특히, 본 고안은 태양전지 모듈을 일체로 구비하고 있으므로 외부로부터 전원 공급을 받지 않아도 안정적인 동작 구현이 가능함에 따라 설치 대상과 설치 장소에 대한 자유도를 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 렌즈(13)에 의해 개방된 전면이 차폐되는 케이스(10) 및 이 케이스(10)의 내부에 구비되는 회로기판(20)에 전기적으로 연결되는 LED램프(21)와 빛 감지센서(23)와 충전배터리(25)로 구성되는 도로용 빛 감지 안전 등화장치에 있어서,
상기 케이스(10)의 개방된 일면 전체를 가리도록 대응되는 크기로 구비되며, 중심과 그 일측으로 각각 램프홀(15c)과 센서홀(15b)이 관통 형성되고, 외면에는 빛을 반사하는 반사면이 형성되는 반사판(15)과; 상기 반사판(15)의 외측으로 상대적으로 작은 크기로 구비되되 상기 램프홀(15c)을 수용할 정도의 크기를 갖는 것으로, 상기 LED램프(21)에 의해 광반사되는 영역을 구획하는 렌즈(13)와; 상기 케이스(10)의 테두리 일측에 상기 반사판(15)에 대해 평행하게 돌출 형성되는 플랜지(11)와; 일측에 상기 플랜지(11)에 결합되는 결합판부(31a)가 돌출 구비되고 이에 대해 경사각을 갖도록 굽힘되면서 일면으로는 상기 회로기판(20)에 전기적으로 연결되는 태양전지(33)를 구비하는 태양전지 모듈(30)과; 상기 케이스(10)의 후면에 일단이 결합 고정되고 타단은 굽힘 연장되어 대상물에 부착 고정되는 마운팅 브라켓(40)을 포함하며,
상기 렌즈(13)는 LED램프(21)의 빛을 산란시키도록 표면에 요철이 형성된 확산 렌즈 또는 볼록렌즈 또는 오목렌즈 중 어느 하나이고,
상기 반사판(15)은, 상기 렌즈(13)의 테두리 부분이 끼워 맞춤으로 고정되게 끼움부(15a)가 형성되고, 이 끼움부(15a)를 중심으로 렌즈(13)에 의해 커버되는 부분은 LED램프(21)에 의해 광반사되는 영역을 형성하고, 상기 렌즈(13)에 의해 커버되지 않은 부분은 외부로부터 조사되는 빛에 의해 반사되는 반사영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로용 빛 감지 안전 등화장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마운팅 브라켓(40)은,
상기 케이스(10)의 후면에 나사체결로 결합 고정되는 결합판부(44)와;
상기 결합판부(44)의 일단에서 직각으로 굽힘 연장되어 장착 대상물에 나사부재로 장착 고정되게 하는 것으로, 일측으로 나사부재가 삽입될 수 있게 나사홈(43h)이 형성된 장착판부(43);
를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로용 빛 감지 안전 등화장치.
