도 2a 및 도 2b는 도 1의 층상 구조로 형성된 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름을 예시한 도면이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 고안의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름의 층상 구조를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 도 3a 및 3b에 따라 형성된 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름을 예시한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 따른 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름의 층상 구조를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름에 있어서,
합성수지 기재층;
상기 합성수지 기재층의 이면에 형성되어 상기 디스플레이 장치의 표면에 부착 또는 탈착될 수 있도록 아크릴 점착제 또는 실리콘 점착제로 형성되는 점착층;
상기 합성수지 기재층의 표면에 형성되는 하드코팅층; 및
상기 하드코팅층의 표면에 실크인쇄 잉크 또는 UV 도료를 이용하여 형성된 도료층을 포함함으로써,
상기 표면 보호필름이 상기 디스플레이 장치에 부착될 때, 상기 도료층이 상기 표면 보호필름의 최상층에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지 기재층은 PET 또는 우레탄 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도료층은 상기 하드코팅층의 일부 구간에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도료층은 엠보싱 패턴을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지 기재층과 상기 점착층 사이에는 홀로그램 필름층 또는 금속증착층이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 표면 보호필름.
