Claims (4)
- 헤어라인 무늬가 선가공되고, 금속판체 및 도금강판 중에서 선택된 소지강판; 전처리층; 클리어 도료를 도장한 도막층('프라이머 클리어층'); 프린트층 또는 패턴형성층; 및 착색 클리어 도료를 도장한 도막층('베이스 착색 클리어층')을 순차적으로 포함하고,상기 착색 클리어 도료는 분산시 입자 크기가 수십 내지 수백 나노미터인 나노 안료를 포함하는 헤어라인 칼라강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소지강판은 냉간압연강판(CR)이나 전기아연도금강판(EG), 용융아연도금강판(GI), 갈바륨강판(G/L), 합금화 용융아연도금강판(GA), 알루미늄도금강판(Al), 주석강판으로 이루어진 도금강판 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 칼라강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 착색 클리어층 상에 클리어 도료를 도장한 도막층('탑 피니쉬 클리어층')을 추가로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 칼라강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 착색 클리어층 상에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 필름을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 칼라강판.
