Claims (9)
- 투명한 표면 전극(2), 전자발광 조명막(3) 및 제 2 표면 전극(5)을 구비한 다층 소자 제조 방법으로서, 상기 두 개의 전극은 전압(U)을 인가하기 위한 전기 연결부(6,7)를 구비한, 다층 소자 제조 방법에 있어서,- 투명한 상기 표면 전극을 형성하기 위해, 적어도 전기 전도부 막(2.1)과, 다음으로 유전부 막(2.2)을 포함하는 박막 다층 시스템(2)이 기판(1)에 부착되는 단계와,- EL 조명막(3)과 적어도 상기 제 2 표면 전극(5)이 차례로 상기 박막 다층 시스템(2)에 부착되는 단계와,- 전압원에 연결하기 위해 상기 두 개의 표면 전극(2.1, 5)이 각각 전기 연결 소자(7)에 연결되는 단계를포함하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다른 유전체 막(4)은 상기 EL 조명막(3)과 상기 제 2 표면 전극(5) 사이에 인쇄되는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 전극(2)은, 열적으로 크게 응력을 받을 수 있고, 특히 유리 굽힘 및/또는 예비 응력 온도에 적합하며, 적어도 하나의 전도부 막(2.1)을 구비한 박막 다층 시스템의 부착을 통해 제조되는 것을특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 표면 전극(2)을 전압원에 연결하기 위해, 전도성 트랙(6)이 상기 투명한 표면 전극(2)의 표면 일부에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 트랙(6)은 상기 제 2 표면 전극(5)과 동일 작업을 하는 동안 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 영역(10) 구역에서, 상기 두 개의 전극(2,5)에 대한 외부의 전기적인 연결(7)을 만들기 위해, 상기 박막 다층 시스템(2)이 국부적으로 결여되어, 부착되지 않거나, 전체 표면에 부착 후 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규소 질화물 피복막은 상기 다층 시스템(2)의 유전부 막(2.2)으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 시스템은,기판/ Si3N4/ ZnO/ Ti/ Ag/ ZnO/ Si3N4/ ZnO/ Ti/ Ag/ ZnO/ Si3N4으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 또는 옥시질화물 막은 유전부 막으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 소자 제조 방법.
