Description
Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 단단한 패널과, 전계 발광 조명 소자와 같은 전기 제어가능 평평한 기능 소자(2)와, 적어도 하나의 전기 전도 얇은 막(5)을 포함하는, 적층형(laminated) 패널 조립체(1)로서,상기 막(5)은 상기 기능 소자(2)의 평평한 전극을 동시에 형성하고, 상기 막(5)은 상기 기능 소자(2)용 전원과 독립적으로 전압이 공급될 수 있고 가열될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 막(5)에는 온도 센서(11)로부터 온도 제어부(10)로 송신된 온도 신호에 따라 전압이 자동으로 공급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서(11)는 상기 기능 소자(2)와 공간에서 결합되고, 상기 기능 소자(2)의 실제 온도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능 소자(2)는 상기 막(5)의 표면의 적어도 일부분을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막(5)은 상기 가열을 위한 공급 전압을 전달하고자 하는 적어도 2개의 전도 트랙(7', 8')과 전기적 전도 접촉 상태에 있고, 상기 트랙은 상기 막을 덮는 상기 기능 소자(2)의 어느 한 측 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능 소자(2)는 상기 단단한 패널 바로 위에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능 소자(2)는 특정 지지 기판 위에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 단단한 패널과, 이들을 결합시키는 중간 층(interlayer)을 포함하며, 상기 조립체에서 상기 기능 소자(2) 및 상기 전기 전도 막(5)은 상기 중간 층 내에 수용되거나, 상기 단단한 패널 중 하나의 내부면 상에 위치하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 독립적으로 동작되도록, 공통 (그라운드) 전극을 포함하는 수 개의 기능 소자는 나란히 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 독립적으로 동작되도록, 공통 중심 전극을 포함하는 적어도 2개의 전계 발광 조명 소자가 포개어져 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 공통 중심 전극은 가열 막으로서 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층형 패널 조립체.
- 적어도 하나의 단단한 패널을 포함하고 적어도 하나의 전기 전도 막(5)이 제공되는 적층형 패널 조립체(1)와 결합된, 전기 제어가능 특성을 갖는 기능 소자(2)의 사용 방법으로서,상기 전기 전도 막(5)은, 온도 센서(11)에 의해 결정된 상기 기능 소자(2)의 실제 온도가 미리 결정된 설정(setpoint) 온도보다 낮을 때, 상기 기능 소자(2)용 전원과 독립적으로 전압을 제공받아 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기능 소자의 사용 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 기능 소자(2)용 전원은 상기 기능 소자의 설정 온도가 설정될 때만 동작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기능 소자의 사용 방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 기능 소자의 평평한 전극은 전압을 제공받아 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기능 소자의 사용 방법.
