Claims (4)
- 검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템에 있어서,검체 반송 홀더를 한쌍의 평행한 가이드 레일에 따라서 반송가능하도록 설치되고, 병행 배설된 특정 영역을 갖는 복수의 벨트 컨베이어와,상기 복수의 벨트 컨베이어중 적어도 2개의 컨베이어에서의 상기 특정 영역에 대응하여 설치되고, 적어도 각 한쌍의 가이드 레일을 포함하는 대응 개소가 부분적으로 제거된 양태를 이루는 홀더 이동적재 에리어와,상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 대하여 착탈가능하게 장전셋트가능하게 설치되고, 하단부에 상기 부분적으로 제거된 가이드 레일(11, 12)의 교체 기능을 갖는 한쌍의 평행한 가이드 레일부편(21, 22)을 구비한 홀더 유지 기구(20)와,상기 홀더 유지 기구(20)를 현수 지지하고, 또한 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어가 형성되어 있는 컨베이어 사이의 이동 조작 및 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 대한 착탈 조작을 행하는 이동 기구와,상기 이동 기구를 상기 검체 반송 홀더의 반송 제어와 연관시켜서 구동 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템.
- 검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템에 있어서,검체 반송 홀더를 한쌍의 평행한 가이드 레일에 따라서 반송가능하도록 설치되고, 병행 배설된 특정 영역을 갖는 복수의 벨트 컨베이어와,상기 복수의 벨트 컨베이어중 적어도 2개의 컨베이어에서의 상기 특정 영역에 대응하여 설치되고, 적어도 각 한쌍의 가이드 레일을 포함하는 대응 개소가 홀더 이동적재시에 있어서, 부분적으로 벨트 컨베이어중 반송 경로 외부로 퇴피하도록 설치되어 있는 홀더 이동적재 에리어와,상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 대하여 착탈가능하게 장전셋트가능하게 설치되고, 하단부에 상기 부분적으로 제거된 가이드 레일의 대체 기능을 갖는 한쌍의 평행한 가이드 레일부편을 갖춘 홀더 유지 기구와,상기 홀더 유지 기구를 현수 지지하고, 또한 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어가 형성되어 있는 컨베이어 사이의 이동 조작 및 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 대한 착탈 조작을 행하는 이동 기구와,상기 이동 기구를 상기 검체 반송 홀더의 반송 제어와 연관시켜서 구동 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀더 유지 기구가 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 장전셋트되었을 때, 해당 홀더 유지 기구에 반입된 상기 검체 반송 홀더가 해당 홀더 유지 기구의 내부에 저류하도록, 해당 홀더 유지 기구의 반출구를 폐쇄하는 셔터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홀더 유지 기구가 상기 홀더 이동적재 에리어에 장전셋트되었을 때, 해당 홀더 유지 기구에 반입된 상기 검체 반송 홀더가 해당 홀더 유지 기구의 내부에 저류하도록, 해당 홀더 유지 기구의 반출구를 폐쇄하는 셔터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는검체 반송 홀더 이동적재 시스템.
