Claims (17)
- 폭이 2m 이상인 폴리비닐알코올 필름을 붕산 수용액 중에서 1축 연신을 행하는 공정을 포함하는 연속적인 편광 필름의 제조 방법으로서,폴리비닐알코올 필름을 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)를 만족시키는 조건에서 1축 연신을 행하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법:A≥5 (m)···(1)A/B≥0.5 (분)···(2)(상기 식에서, A는 연신간 거리(m)를 나타내고, B는 연신 후의 필름 속도(m/분)을 나타냄).
- 제1항에 있어서,연신간 거리(A)와 연신 후의 필름 폭(C)의 비(A/C)가 5 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,연신간 거리(A)와 연신 후의 필름 속도(B)의 비(A/B)가 1.0(분) 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,붕산 수용액의 온도가 30∼90℃인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 필름의 연신 배율이 4배 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 필름의 연신 배율이 5배 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 필름을 팽윤시키는 공정, 염색하는 공정, 붕산 수용액 중에서 1축 연신을 행하는 공정, 고정 처리하는 공정, 및 건조 처리하는 공정을 거쳐 편광 필름을 제조하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 비누화도가 95 몰% 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 비누화도가 98 몰% 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 비누화도가 99 몰% 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 비누화도가 99.5 몰% 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 중합도가 1000 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 중합도가 1500 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 중합도가 2000 이상인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올의 두께가 10∼100㎛인 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 필름이 가소제로서 다가(多價) 알코올을 함유하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 필름이 음이온성 또는 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
