Description
Claims (10)
- 사각형 모재에서 상대적으로 작은 크기를 가진 하나 또는 두 종류 이상의 직사각형 단위체 다수 개를 소정의 기울기로 재단하기 위한 커터들이 상기 직사각형 단위체들에 대응하는 형상으로 장착 또는 형성되어 있는 재단 프레임으로서, 최상부열의 단위체들과 최하부열의 단위체들을 제외한 나머지 직사각형 단위체들 중 다수의 직사각형 단위체들은 4 개의 변에서 각각 다른 직사각형 단위체들과 접하도록 배열되어 있고, 서로 인접한 4 개의 직사각형 단위체들로 이루어진 조합들 중 적어도 일부의 조합들은 중앙에 아일랜드형 잉여부를 형성하는 배열을 이루도록, 상기 직사각형 단위체들의 배열 구성에 대응하여 커터들이 장착 또는 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모재는 일정한 폭과 상대적으로 매우 큰 길이를 가진 연속부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 직사각형 단위체는 20 내지 70도로 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모재는 길이방향 또는 폭방향으로 광 또는 전자파 중 특정 방향의 파동 만을 흡수 또는 투과하는 층('흡수층 또는 투과층')을 포함하 고 있는 필름이고, 모재에서 절취된 사각형 단위체에는 상기 흡수층 또는 투과층이 45도로 기울어져 있는 상대적으로 작은 크기의 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 최상부열 단위체들의 상단 꼭지점과 최하부열 단위체들의 하단 꼭지점 사이의 폭('재단폭')은 상기 모재의 유효폭을 기준으로 95% 내지 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아일랜드형 잉여부를 형성하는 조합은 최상부열의 단위체들과 최하부열의 단위체들을 제외한 나머지 직사각형 단위체들의 조합 수를 기준으로 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 직사각형 단위체들이 접하는 부위에는 아일랜드형 잉여부보다 작은 크기의 커팅 마진이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커터는 재단용 나이프 또는 재단용 광원인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 재단용 나이프는 금속 나이프 또는 제트워터 나이프 이고, 상기 재단용 광원은 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 프레임.
- 하나 또는 두 종류 이상의 직사각형 단위체 다수 개를 소정의 각도로 기울어진 상태에서 모재로부터 절취한 후 얻어진 재단 스크랩으로서, 직사각형 단위체의 천공부들이 커팅 마진에 의해 연속적으로 연결되어 있으며, 최상부열의 단위체 천공부들과 최하부열의 단위체 천공부들을 제외한 나머지 직사각형 단위체 천공부들 중 다수의 직사각형 단위체 천공부들은 4 개의 변에서 각각 다른 직사각형 단위체 천공부들과 상기 커팅 마진의 간격으로 접하도록 배열되어 있고, 인접한 4 개의 직사각형 단위체 천공부들로 이루어진 조합들 중 적어도 일부 조합이 상기 커팅 마진보다 큰 크기의 아일랜드형 잉여부가 중앙에 형성되도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재단 스크랩.
