Claims (6)
- 상부기판 및 하부기판과;상기 하부기판 상에 형성된 다수의 게이트 라인 및 공통 라인과, 상기 게이트 라인과 교차하여 다수의 화소영역을 정의하는 다수의 데이터 라인과, 상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인의 교차부에 위치한 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 공통 라인에서 수직으로 분기되어 상기 화소영역 상에 복수개로 형성된 공통전극과, 상기 공통전극과 엇갈리게 배열되는 복수개의 화소전극과;상기 상부기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 하부기판의 최외곽 화소영역 중의 가장자리 상부로 연장되어 형성된 블랙매트릭스와;상기 상부기판 및 하부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층이 포함되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부기판은 표시영역과 비표시영역으로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하부기판의 최외곽 화소영역은 상기 하부기판의 표시영역 내부에서 최외곽에 형성된 화소영역 라인임을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 화소영역 라인은 상기 비표시영역에 형성된 데이터 라인에 의해 원하지 않는 전계 영향을 받게 되는 화소영역 라인임을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 화소영역 라인은 청색라인임을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 비표시영역에 형성된 데이터라인은 항시 접지되어 0V가 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식의 액정표시장치.
