Claims (14)
- 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴계 수지를 함유하고, 공단량체를 1중량% 이상 포함하며, 고유점도가 1.3dl/g 이상이고, 융점이 165℃ 이상인 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체의 함유량이 1-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체 성분은 탄소수 2-10이고 적어도 하나의 수소원자가 불소원자로 치환된 알켄 유래의 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체 성분은 헥사플루오로프로필렌 인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항의 수지조성물을 포함하는 모노필라멘트.
- 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴계 수지를 함유하는 모노필라멘트에 있어서, 공단량체를 1중량% 이상 포함하며, 고유점도가 1.3dl/g 이상이고, 융점이 165℃ 이상인 모노필라멘트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체의 함유량이 1-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체 성분은 탄소수 2-10이고 적어도 하나의 수소원자가 불소원자로 치환된 알켄 유래의 것임을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공단량체 성분은 헥사플루오로프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트는 하기 식(1) 및 하기 식 (2);F≥(37/d)1/3.5… (1)E ≤ (700 /d)1/3.5… ( 2 )F: 상기 모노필라멘트의 결절강도(GPa)E : 상기 모노필라멘트의 굴곡탄성율(GPa)d : 상기 모노필라멘트의 직경(μm),으로 표시되는 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 길이방향으로 연재하는 심부와, 상기 심부의 주위에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 층으로 구성되는 초부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 심부의 융점과, 상기 초부의 융점 차이가 5℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트.
- 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴계 수지를 함유하는 모노필라멘트의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 모노필라멘트의 공단량체 함유량이 1중량% 이상, 상기 모노필라멘트의 고유점도가 1.3dl/g 이상이고, 상기 모노필라멘트의 융점이 165℃ 이상이 되도록, 상기 공단량체 성분을 함유하는 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴계 수지를 함유하는 수지조성물을 조제하는 조제공정과,상기 수지조성물을, 소정의 압출온도에서 방사한 후, 상기 수지조성물의 융점보다 5-15℃ 낮은 온도에서 연신하는 연신공정을 갖춘 모노필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 모노필라멘트로 이루어진 낚시줄.
