Claims (6)
- "개선된 알루미나이징 처리방법 및 그 장치(특허 제 0312838)"의 기 출원된 발명을 응용 또는 보완한 철계 기재 및 이와 관련된 제품의 표면처리방법에 있어서,(a) 확산 대상 원소로서 알루미늄(Al)분말 및 크롬(Cr)분말과 확산 조절용 원소로서 제3의 금속분말(2)을 일정 중량조성비(Al:Cr:X)로 혼합한 후, 이를 유기물계 용매 및 결합제와 혼합시켜 액상의 혼합슬러리를 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합슬러리를 분사장치에 주입하여 피처리재의 표면에 분사시키거나, 또는 침적시켜 액상의 슬러리를 피처리재의 표면에 부착시킨 다음, 항온건조기내에서 유기물계 용매 및 결합제를 제거하는 단계;(c) 상기 방법으로 처리된 피처리재를 열처리중 분위기 제어가 가능하도록 제작된 반응관에 장입한 후, 목적하는 온도에서 일정시간 동안 진공 또는 알곤(Ar)등의 불활성가스가 주입된 분위기에서 열처리를 수행하여 알루미늄과 크롬 원소가 동시에 확산된 확산피복층(20)을 형성시킨 조성물로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산 대상 원소가 크롬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산 대상 원소 및 확산 조절용 원소의 전체 조성비가 전체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 40중량%의 크롬, 5 내지 90중량%의 알루미늄, 5 내지 90 중량%의 제3의 금속분말(X)의 조성비로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 확산 대상 원소인 알루미늄분말 및 크롬분말의 조성비가 중량을 기준으로하여, 알루미늄분말이 크롬분말의 2배 이상의 중량조성비로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합제의 조성비가 유기용매 25ml당 0.01 내지 30g을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 결합제가 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리비닐부티날(PVB), 왁스, 전분 등의 유기물계 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 동시 알루미나이징 · 크로마이징 처리방법.
