Description
Claims (9)
- 복수의 이차 전지(2)와, 각각의 이차 전지(2)의 전압, 혹은 이차 전지(2)를 직렬로 접속하고 있는 복수의 전지 모듈(1)의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출 회로(3)와, 이차 전지(2)의 온도를 검출하는 온도 소자(4)를 구비하는 전원 장치이며,온도 소자(4)는 전지 온도가 낮을 때는 전기 저항이 작고, 전지 온도가 설정 온도보다도 높아지면 전기 저항이 증가되는 온도 특성을 갖고,전압 검출 회로(3)가 이 온도 소자(4)를, 전압을 검출하기 위한 리드선에 병용하여 전지의 전압 또는 전지 모듈(1)의 전압을 검출하는 동시에, 전지 온도도 검출하도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전압 검출 회로(3)가 온도 소자(4)를 리드선에 사용하여 전지의 전압 또는 전지 모듈(1)의 전압을 검출하는 동시에, 검출 전압으로 전지 온도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 평행하게 늘어 세워져 이루어지는 복수의 전지 모듈(1)을 구비하고, 전지 모듈(1)의 표면에 복수의 온도 소자(4)를 서로 직렬로 접속하고 있는 온도 검출 유닛(5)을 설치하고 있고, 이 온도 검출 유닛(5)이 전지 모듈(1)에 접속되어, 온도 검출 유닛(5)이 전지 모듈(1)의 전압을 검출하는 리드선에 병용되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 온도 검출 유닛(5)이 인접하여 평행하게 배치되어 있는 2개의 전지 모듈(1)의 표면에 배치되어 이루어지는 복수의 온도 소자(4)를 직렬로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 온도 검출 유닛(5)이 1개의 전지 모듈(1)의 표면에 배치하여 이루어지는 복수의 온도 소자(4)를 직렬로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서로 평행하게 늘어 세워져 있는 전지 모듈(1)이 버스 바아(7)에 의해 서로 직렬로 접속되는 동시에, 온도 검출 유닛(5)의 일단부를 버스 바아(7)에 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절대 온도 검출 회로(8)와, 이 절대 온도 검출 회로(8)에 접속되는 동시에 이차 전지(2)의 표면에 배치되어 이루어지는 절대 온도 센서(9)를 구비하고, 절대 온도 센서(9)와 절대 온도 검출 회로(8)에 의해 전지 온도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 전지 모듈(1)의 표면에 배치되어 있는 온도 소자(4)를 절대 온도 센서(9)와 직렬로 접속하여 제2 온도 검출 유닛(10)으로 하고있고, 제2 온도 검출 유닛(10)을 절대 온도 검출 회로(8)에 접속하여, 온도 검출 유닛(5)을 전압 검출 회로(3)에 접속하고, 절대 온도 검출 회로(8)와 전압 검출 회로(3)의 양 쪽에서 전지 온도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 인접하여 배치되어 이루어지는 한 쪽의 전지 모듈(1)에 온도 검출 유닛(5)을 배치하고, 다른 쪽의 전지 모듈(1)에 제2 온도 검출 유닛(10)을 배치하여 전지 모듈(1)의 온도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
