Claims (4)
- 인접한 실린더들 사이의 위치에 대응하게 배치된 보스 섹션(5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f, 5g, 5h, 5i, 5j)을 포함하는 실린더 블록 측벽(4a, 4b), 볼트에 의해서 보스 섹션에 있는 측벽에 체결되는 실린더 헤드, 및 실린더 헤드에서 크랭크 케이스로 복귀하게 되는 윤활유가 도입되는 오일 낙하 통로(11, 12, 13)를 내부에 한정하는 섹션을 포함하고,상기 오일 낙하 통로는 보스 섹션에 인접하게 배치되고, 그 상단부가 실린더 블록의 상부 데크(14)에 개방되는 상부 통로부(15, 21), 그 하단부가 실린더 블록의 하부 섹션에 개방되는 하부 통로부(16, 22), 그리고 상부와 하부 통로부들이 서로 연통되는 중간 통로부(17, 23)를 포함하고, 상기 오일 낙하 통로를 한정하는 섹션은 오일 낙하 통로의 중간 통로부를 둘러싸는 외벽을 포함하고, 상기 외벽은 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 한쪽에 배치된 측부 섹션(18, 26)을 가지며, 상기 측부 섹션은 보스 섹션의 하단부와 하부데크를 직선으로 일체로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 실린더 블록.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부와 하부 통로부들(15, 21; 16, 22)은 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 서로에 대해 편심되며, 하부 통로부의 하단부는 실린더 헤드의 벌크 헤드의 저면에 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 실린더 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부와 중간 통로부들(15, 21; 17, 23)은 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 서로에 대해 편심되며, 제1 스텝부(19, 24)는 상부와 중간 통로부들사이의 접합부에 형성되고,상기 중간 통로부(17, 23)의 하단부는 하부 통로부의 상단부에 연결되고, 중간 통로부(17, 23)는 중간과 하부 통로부들 사이의 접합부에 있는 하부 통로부(16, 22)보다 단면적이 더 작게 형성되고, 제2 스텝부(20, 25)는 중간과 하부 통로부들 사이의 접합부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 실린더 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부 통로부(21)는 상부와 중간 통로부들 사이의 접합부로부터 실린더 블록의 상부 데크쪽 방향으로 증가하는 단면적을 갖고, 상부 통로부는 일반적으로 편평한 깔때기 형상으로 형성되고 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 신장한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 실린더 블록.
