Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 전기 화학적 분해에 의해 초합금으로부터 고가의 금속을 회수하는 방법이며,초합금은 양극 및 음극으로서 모두 사용되며 전해 전류의 극성이 0.005 내지 5 ㎐의 주파수로 반전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초합금은 주성분으로서 Co, Ni, Cr 또는 Al 금속 중 하나 이상과 부성분으로서 Ta, Re, W, Mo, Hf 또는 Pt 원소 중 일 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 초합금은 1 내지 10 중량%의 Re를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 화학적 분해는 일정한 전해 전류에서 2 내지 6 V의 전해 전압으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기산이 전해액으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무산소 무기산이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기 화학적 분해의 결과로서, Co, Ni, Cr 및 Al 원소가 전해 염수에 용해된 염으로서 얻어지며 Ta, W, Hf 및 Pt 원소가 여과 가능한 산화물로서 얻어짐으로써, 두 개의 원소 그룹에 대한 주로 정량적인 분해가 전해 염수의 여과에 의해 수행될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
