Claims (28)
- 감지 챔버, 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 감지 챔버 내로 샘플을 유입시키기 위한 구멍을 갖는 전기화학적 전지, 및 감지 챔버에 내장된 시약을 포함하며, 당해 시약이 헤모글로빈에 의해 환원되어 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기적 신호로 표시할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 수성 샘플 중의 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 검측하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기화학전지가 단 한번의 실험에서 사용된 후 폐기되도록 설계된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 전극이 감지 전극을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 전극이 백금, 팔라듐, 탄소, 산화인듐, 산화주석, 금, 이리듐, 구리, 강, 은 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 전극이 스퍼터링, 증착, 스크린 인쇄, 열증발, 잉크 젯 프린팅, 초음파 분무, 슬롯 피복, 그라비어 인쇄 또는 석판인쇄로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 기술에 의해 형성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 역전극을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 금속 염과 접촉하는 금속을 포함하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속 염과 접촉하는 금속이, 염화은과 접촉하는 은, 브롬화은과 접촉하는 은, 요오드화은과 접촉하는 은, 염화수은과 접촉하는 수은, 및 황산수은과 접촉하는 수은으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전기화학적 전지가 제3 전극을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제3 전극이 기준 전극을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 기준 전극을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 디크로메이트, 산화바나듐, 과망간산염, 전기활성 유기 금속 착물, 퀴논 및 디클로로페놀인도페놀로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 페리시아나이드를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감지 챔버가 완충제를 추가로 포함하며, 당해 완충제가 감지 챔버 내에 내장된 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 완충제가 포스페이트, 카보네이트, 멜리트 산의 알칼리 금속 염과 시트르산의 알칼리 금속 염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감지 챔버가 적혈구 분해제를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 적혈구 분해제가 이온성 세제, 비이온성 세제, 단백질 분해 효소, 리파제, 사포닌, 나트륨 도데실 설페이트, 세틸 트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드, 폴리에톡실화 옥틸페놀 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 샘플이 전혈(whole blood)을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 제1 전극으로부터 약 500㎛ 미만의 거리를 두고 제1 전극과 마주보게 탑재된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 제1 전극으로부터 약 150㎛ 미만의 거리를 두고제1 전극과 마주보게 탑재된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 전극이 제1 전극으로부터 약 50㎛ 초과, 약 150㎛ 미만의 거리를 두고 제1 전극과 마주보게 탑재된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계량기와 통하는 인터페이스(interface)를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서, 인터페이스가 전압 또는 전류를 전달하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기화학적 전지가 박층 전기화학적 전지를 포함하는 장치.
- 감지 챔버, 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 감지 챔버 내로 샘플을 유입시키기 위한 구멍을 갖는 전기화학적 전지, 및 감지 챔버에 내장된 시약을 포함하며, 당해 시약이 헤모글로빈에 의해 환원되어 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기적 신호로 표시할 수 있는 장치를 제공하는 단계,수성 샘플을 제공하는 단계,샘플을 구멍을 통해 감지 챔버 내로 유입시켜, 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 실질적으로 커버하는 단계 및샘플 내에 존재하는 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기 화학적 측정 결과로 표시하는 단계를 포함하는, 수성 샘플 중에서 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 검측하는 방법.
- 감지 챔버, 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 감지 챔버 내로 샘플을 유입시키기 위한 구멍을 갖는 전기화학적 전지; 감지 챔버에 내장되어 헤모글로빈에 의해 환원될 수 있는 시약; 및 감지 챔버 내에 내장된 적혈구 분해제를 포함하는 장치를 제공하는 단계,전혈 샘플을 감지 챔버에 투입함으로써, 감지 챔버 내에 내장된 적혈구 분해제가 적혈구로부터 헤모글로빈을 방출시키고, 이와 같이 방출된 헤모글로빈이 시약을 환원시키는 단계 및전혈 샘플에 존재하는 헤모글로빈 농도를 전기화학적 측정 결과로 표시하는 단계를 포함하는, 헤모글로빈이 함유된 적혈구를 함유하는 유체 전혈 샘플 중의 헤모글로빈을 측정하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 샘플 내의 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기화학적으로 측정하여 표시하는 단계가, 제1 전극에 포지티브 전위를 인가하고, 시약과 헤모글로빈의 반응에 의해 생성된 전류를 측정한 다음, 생성된 전류를 분석하여, 적혈구의 실질적인 분해에 소요되는 시간 또는 최종적으로 작동된 전류 값을 포함하는 결과를 수득하며, 분석 단계의 결과를 토대로 완료된 반응의 %를 시간의 함수로서 산정한 후, 제1 전극의 전위를 역전시키고, 과도 전류를 측정하며, 과도 전류를 토대로 환원된 상태의 시약의 확산 계수 및 농도를 측정함으로써, 샘플 내의 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기화학적으로 측정하여 표시함을 포함하는 방법.
- 감지 챔버, 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 감지 챔버 내로 샘플을 유입시키기 위한 구멍을 갖는 전기화학적 전지, 및 감지 챔버에 내장되어 헤모글로빈에 의해 환원될 수 있어 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 전기적 신호로 표시할 수 있는 시약을 포함하는, 수성 샘플 중의 헤모글로빈의 존재 또는 부재를 검측하는 장치의 제조방법으로서,전기적 내성 재료로 이루어진 시트를 통해 연장되며 감지 챔버의 측벽을 규정하는 구멍을 형성시키는 단계,당해 전기적 내성 재료로 이루어진 시트의 제1면에 제1 전극을 갖는 제1 층을 탑재하고 구멍을 통해 연장시킴으로써, 제1 감지 챔버 말단 벽을 규정하고, 제1 전극이 당해 시트의 제1 면과 대면하도록 하는 단계,당해 전기적 내성 재료로 이루어진 시트의 제2면에 제2 전극을 갖는 제2층을 탑재하고 구멍을 통해 연장시킴으로써, 제1층과 실질적으로 겹쳐진 상태의 제2 감지 챔버 말단 벽을 규정하고, 제2 전극이 당해 시트의 제2면과 대면하고, 당해 시트와 층들이 박편을 형성하는 단계,스트립 내에 구멍을 제공하여 감지 챔버 내로 샘플이 도입되도록 하는 단계 및헤모글로빈에 의해 환원될 수 있는 시약을 제공하여 당해 시약을 감지 챔버내에 내장시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
