Claims (20)
- 제1 불활성 유기 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물 중의 화학식 HW[M1(CN)r(X)t]의 금속 시아나이드 화합물(여기서, M1은 전이금속 이온이고, 각각의 X는 M1이온과 배위되는 시아나이드 이외의 그룹이고, r은 4 내지 6이고, t는 0 내지 2이고, w는 M1(CN)r(X)t그룹의 원자가의 절대값이다)의 용액 또는 분산액(a)과 제1 불활성 유기 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물과 동일하거나 혼화성인 제2 불활성 유기 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물 중의 화학식 MxAy의 금속 염(여기서, M은 금속 시아나이드 그룹 M1(CN)r(X)t와 불용성 침전물을 생성하는 금속 이온이고, A는 음이온이고, x 및 y는 금속 염의 전하를 균형 있게 하는 정수이다)의 용액 또는 분산액(b)을 침전물이 생성되어 제1 및 제2 불활성 유기 화합물에 현탁되도록 하는 조건하에서 혼합하는 단계(I),생성된 혼합물을 개시제 화합물에 분산시키는 단계(II) 및제1 유기 화합물 또는 혼합물과 제2 유기 화합물 또는 혼합물을 생성된 분산액으로부터 제거하는 단계(III)를 포함하는, 활성 금속 시아나이드 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 시아나이드 화합물이 화학식 H3Co(CN)6의 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 염이 아연 염인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 개시제가 폴리알콜인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 불활성 유기 화합물이 각각 알콜인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 불활성 유기 화합물이 동일한 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 불활성 유기 화합물이 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올 또는 이소프로판올인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 개시제 화합물이, 당량이 약 125 내지 250인 저분자량 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속 시아나이드 화합물의 용액 또는 분산액이 화학식 HwM2(X)6의 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 방법.
