Claims (34)
- 화상정보를 라인센서 상에 결상시키고, 이 화상정보를 판독하기 위한 화상판독결상광학계로서, 이 화상판독결상광학계는 기준축광선의 입사방향과 사출방향이 다르고 또한 곡률을 가진 복수의 오프축반사면을 포함하는 결상광학소자를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독결상광학계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 기준축광선의 입사방향에 대해서 사출방향을 대략 수직 또는 반대방향으로 변경하는 기능을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독결상광학계.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 적어도 1조의 교차하는 반사면을 포함하는 복수의 오프축반사면으로 이루어지고, 또한 교차하는 오프축반사면의 사이에 조리개를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독결상광학계
- 원고를 놓는 원고지지용테이블, 결상광학소자 및 라인센서를 가지며, 원고면 상의 화상정보를 결상광학소자에 의해 라인센서에 결상하고, 이 라인센서에 의해 판독하는 화상판독장치에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 기준축광선의 입사방향과 사출방향이 다르고 또한 곡률을 가진 복수의 오프축반사면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자의 각 오프축반사면에 있어서의 기준축광선의 구부림방향은 상기 라인센서의 라인방향에 수직인 단면내인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자로부터 사출하는 기준축광선의 방향은 상기 결상광학소자에 입사하는 기준축광선의 방향과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자로부터 사출하는 기준축광선의 방향은 상기 결상광학자에 입사하는 기준축광선의 입사방향과 대략 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자로부터 사출하는 기준축광선의 방향은 상기 결상광학소자에 입사하는 기준축광선의 방향과 대략 동일한 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자에 입사하는 기준축광선의 방향과 상기 결상광학소자로부터 사출하는 기준축광선의 방향은 대략 반대방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 화상정보는 상기 결상광학소자 내에서는 중간결상되지 않고 라인센서 상에 직접 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 광입사면과 광사출면 사이의 광로 중의 대략 중앙 근방에 조리개를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 조리개는 상기 결상광학소자의 광입사면과 광사출면 사이의 광로 중의 대략 중앙 근방에 위치하는 오프축반사면의 유효면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자를 구성하는 내부의 매질은 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자를 구성하는 내부의 매질은 광학적으로 투명한 글라스 또는 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 기준축광선을 반시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 플러스편향면, 기준축광선을 시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 마이너스편향면이라고 정의했을 때, 상기 결상광학소자는 플러스편향면이 연속하는 구성을 적어도 1조 또는 마이너스편향면이 연속하는 구성을 적어도 1조 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 기준축광선을 반시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 플러스편향면, 기준축광선을 시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 마이너스편향면이라고 정의했을 때, 상기 결상광학소자는 플러스편향면이 연속하는 구성을 적어도 1조 및 마이너스편향면이 연속하는 구성을 적어도 1조 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 6면의 오프축반사면으로 구성되고, 기준축광선을 반시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 플러스편향면, 기준축광선을 시계방향으로 편향시키는 오프축반사면을 마이너스편향면이라고 정의했을 때, 상기 결상광학소자는 플러스편향면과 마이너스편향면을 각각 동수 가지고, 가장 사출쪽의 오프축반사면은 가장 입사쪽의 오프축반사면에 대해서 입사기준축에 있어서 원고면쪽에 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 플러스편향면과 마이너스편향면은 조리개에 대해서 역 편향면이 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자의 가장 입사쪽의 오프축반사면은 수렴작용을 가지도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자의 적어도 1면은 적외광을 커트하는 특성을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 원고면을 따라서 반사미러와 하우징 내에서 병렬로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자의 사출면에 있어서의 라인센서의 라인방향에 수직인 방향의 유효 빔폭을 Φs, 라인센서의 라인방향의 유효 빔폭을 Φm이라 했을 때,Φs〈Φm의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 원고를 놓는 원고지지용 테이블, 결상광학소자 및 라인센서를 가지고, 원고면 상의 화상정보를 결상광학소자에 의해 라인센서에 결상하고, 이 라인센서에 의해 판독하는 화상판독장치에 있어서, 기준축광선을 복수 회 반사시키는 반사미러와 결상광학소자를 가지며, 상기 결상광학소자는 기준축광선의 입사방향에 대해서 사출방향을 대략 수직 또는 반대방향으로 변경하는 기능을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자는 기준축광선의 입사방향과 사출방향이 다르고 또한 곡률을 가진 복수의 오프축반사면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 각 오프축반사면에 있어서의 기준축광선의 구부림방향이 상기 라인센서의 라인방향에 수직인 단면 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 반사미러를 적어도 2매 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.

- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자의 각 오프축반사면에 있어서의 기준축광선의 구부림방향이 상기 라인센서의 라인방향에 수직인 단면 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 결상광학소자 내의 조리개는 결상광학소자의 광입사면과 광사출면 사이의 광로 중의 대락 중앙 부근에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 조리개는 라인센서의 라인방향에 수직인 단면 내의 개구폭과 라인방향에 평행한 방향의 개구폭이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 화상판독장치.
