Claims (8)
- 서로 평행하며 아래에서부터 차례대로 배열되어 있는 제1 절연 기판, 제2 절연 기판 및 제3 절연 기판,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 박막 트랜지스터,상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 제1 화소 전극,상기 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 박막 트랜지스터,상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 제2 화소 전극,상기 제2 및 제3 기판 아래에 각각 형성되어 있는 제1 및 제2 투명 전극,상기 제1 화소 전극 위와 상기 제2 투명 전극 아래에 각각 형성되어 있는 수평 배향막,상기 제2 화소 전극 위와 상기 제1 투명 전극 아래에 각각 형성되어 있는 수직 배향막,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 하이브리드 배향을 하고 있는 제1 액정층,상기 제2 기판과 상기 제3 기판 사이에 하이브리드 배향을 하고 있는 제2 액정층을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 액정층은 각각 시계 방향으로 90°비틀어져 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제3 기판의 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있는 일축성 필름을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 제1 기판의 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있는 일축성 필름을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 서로 평행하며 아래에서부터 차례대로 배열되어 있는 제1 절연 기판, 제2 절연 기판 및 제3 절연 기판,상기 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 박막 트랜지스터,상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 제1 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 투명 전극,상기 제2 기판 아래에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제2 기판에 뚫려 있는 구멍을 통해 상기 제1 화소 전극과 연결되어 있는 제2 투명 전극,상기 제3 기판 아래에 형성되어 있는 제3 투명 전극,상기 제1 투명 전극 위와 상기 제3 투명 전극 아래에 각각 형성되어 있는 수평 배향막,상기 제1 화소 전극 위와 상기 제2 투명 전극 아래에 각각 형성되어 있는 수직 배향막,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 하이브리드 배향을 하고 있는 제1 액정층,상기 제2 기판과 상기 제3 기판 사이에 하이브리드 배향을 하고 있는 제2 액정층을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 액정층은 각각 시계 방향으로 90°비틀어져 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 제3 기판의 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있는 일축성 필름을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 제1 기판의 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있는 일축성 필름을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
