Claims (7)
- 가로방향으로 배열되는 복수의 게이트라인과, 상기 가로방향과 수직인 세로방향으로 배열되는 복수의 데이터라인과, 상기 가로방향에 대해 소정의 각도 차이를 가지며 형성되는 화소전극과, 상기 화소전극과 프린지 필드 전계를 형성하는 공통전극이 내측에 형성된 제 1 기판과;내측이 상기 제 1 기판의 내측과 대향하는 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판의 내측 및 상기 제 2 기판의 내측에 각각 형성되며, 상기 가로방향으로 러빙된 배향막;상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 사이에 개재되며, 액정분자가 상기 가로방향으로 배열되는 액정층과;상기 제 1 기판의 외측에 형성되며, 상기 가로방향의 편광축을 포함하는 제 1 편광판과;상기 제 2 기판의 외측에 형성되며 상기 세로방향의 편광축을 갖는 일축성 연신 필름과, 상기 일축성 연신 필름의 외측에 형성되며 상기 세로방향의 편광축을 갖는 폴리 비닐 알코올(poly vinyl alcohol,PVA) 필름과, 상기 폴리 비닐 알코올 필름의 외측을 지지하는 트리 아세틸 셀룰로스(tri acetyl cellulose,TAC)필름을 포함하는 제 2 편광판;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 편광판은 일축성 연신 필름과 상기 제 2 기판 사이에 트리 아세틸 셀룰로스 필름을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 적어도 하나의 슬릿을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 280nm~400nm의 리타데이션 값을 가지며, 상기 TAC필름의 두께는 80㎛이며, 상기 일축성 연신필름은 100nm~180nm의 리타데이션 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 280nm~400nm의 리타데이션 값을 가지며, 상기 TAC필름의 두께는 80㎛이며, 상기 일축성 연신필름은 180nm~220nm의 리타데이션 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일축성 연신 필름은 편광축을 구비하는 보상필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
