Claims (2)
- 2-케토-L-굴론산 또는 2-케토-D-글루콘산의 유리 산, 또는 이들의 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 칼슘 염을 호열호산성(thermoacidophilic) 미생물의 세포와 함께 약 30 내지 약 100℃의 온도와 약 1 내지 약 6의 pH의 용액중에서 배양시켜 L-아스코르브산 또는 D-에리토르브산, 또는 이들의 적절한 염을 형성시키는 단계, 및 상기 용액으로부터 L-아스코르브산 또는 D-에리토르브산, 또는 이들의 적절한 염을 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는, 2-케토-L-굴론산 또는 그의 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 칼슘 염으로부터 L-아스코르브산 또는 그의 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 칼슘 염을 제조하거나, 또는 2-케토-D-글루콘산 또는 그의 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 칼슘 염으로부터 D-에리토르브산 또는 그의 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 칼슘 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 알리사이클로바실러스(Alicyclobacillus) 종 NA-20(DSM No. 13649), 알리사이클로바실러스 종 NA-21(DSM No. 13650) 및 알리사이클로바실러스 종 FJ-21(DSM No. 13651).
