Claims (4)
- 메조포러스 제올라이트 60∼90 중량% 와 고체상태의 무기결합제 9∼35 중량% 와 액상의 무기결합제 1∼5 중량% 를 칭량한 후, 먼저 상기의 메조포러스 제올라이트 60∼90 중량% 와 무기결합제 9∼35 중량% 를 균일하게 건식혼합시키고, 그 다음에 상기의 액상 무기결합제인 알루미나 졸 또는 실리카 졸 1∼5 중량% 와 상기 혼합물을 기준으로 유기결합제 2∼10 중량%, 가소제 1∼8 중량%, 윤활제 0.3∼5 중량%, 그리고 혼합수 50∼200 중량% 를 다시 균일하게 습식혼련시켜 초기 배토를 제조하고, 상기의 초기 배토를 상온에서 하루 정도 숙성시키며, 상기의 숙성 배토를 성형한 후, 건조시키고 650∼800℃ 에서 4 내지 6시간 동안 소성시킴으로써 완성되는 메조포러스 제올라이트 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 메조포러스 제올라이트는 세공크기가 약 20∼100Å 이고 비표면적은 약 1000㎡/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 메조포러스 제올라이트 하니컴 구조체.
- a).원재료인 제올라이트와 부재료인 무기결합제 윤활제 물 등을 혼합시켜 초기 배토를 형성시키는 혼합단계; b).상기의 초기 배토를 하루 정도 상온에서 숙성시키는 숙성단계; c).상기의 숙성 배토를 압출성형기에서 성형시키는 성형단계; d).상기의 성형체를 건조시키고 고온소성시키는 소성단계로 구성된 제올라이트 하니컴 구조체의 제조방법에 있어서,상기의 a).혼합단계에서는 메조포러스 제올라이트 60∼90 중량% 와 고체상태의 무기결합제 9∼35 중량% 와 액상의 무기결합제 1∼5 중량% 를 칭량한 후, 먼저 상기의 메조포러스 제올라이트 60∼90 중량% 와 상기의 무기결합제 9∼35 중량% 를 균일하게 혼합시키는 건식혼합단계와, 상기의 액상 무기결합제인 알루미나 졸 또는 실리카 졸 1∼5 중량%와 상기의 혼합물을 기준으로 유기결합제 2∼10 중량%, 가소제 1∼8 중량%, 윤활제 0.3∼5 중량%, 그리고 혼합수 50∼200 중량% 를 가하고 다시 균일하게 혼련시켜 초기 배토를 제조하는 습식혼련단계로 이루어지고;상기의 d).소성단계에서는 성형체의 내부에서 부터 건조되는 내부 건조방식을 채택하고, 건조된 성형체를 650∼800℃ 의 온도 범위에서 4 내지 6시간 동안 소성시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 메조포러스 제올라이트 하니컴 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 메조포러스 제올라이트는 세공크기가 약 20∼100Å 이고 비표면적은 약 1000㎡/g 이상인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메조포러스 제올라이트 하니컴 구조체의 제조방법.
