Claims (36)
- 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 기재;비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면 상에 배치된 방사선 경화 피막; 및방사선 경화 피막 상에 배치된 표지 재료를 포함하는 표지 물품(signage article)으로서, 가솔린으로 상기 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우 상기 표지 물품으로부터 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 기재는 재귀반사 시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 재귀반사 시트는 확인증 스티커(validation sticker)의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표지 재료는 착색제 및 결합제를 포함하고, 상기 결합제는 폴리에스테르; 비닐; 폴리올레핀; 폴리비닐 아세탈; 알킬 또는 아릴 치환 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트; 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 비닐 아세테이트와 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌의 공중합체; 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선 경화 피막은 전자 빔(e-beam) 경화성 조성물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선 경화 피막은 자외선(UV) 경화성 조성물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 자외선 경화성 조성물은 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트는 지방족 아크릴화 우레탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가솔린으로 표지 재료를 10회 닦을 경우, 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가솔린으로 표지 재료를 25회 닦을 경우, 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표지 재료를 1000회 문질러 마모시킬 경우, 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엄지손가락의 압력 하에서 표지 재료에 감압성 접착제가 피복된 테이프를 도포하고 그것을 제거하는 경우, 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엄지손가락의 압력 하에서 방사선 경화 피막에 감압성 접착제가 피복된 테이프를 도포하고 그것을 제거하는 경우, 상기 방사선 경화 피막이 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가솔린으로 방사선 경화 피막을 5회 닦을 경우, 상기 방사선 경화 피막이 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선 경화 피막을 1000회 문질러 마모시킬 경우, 상기 방사선 경화 피막이 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사선 경화 피막은 패턴 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표지 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표지 재료 위에 보호 피막을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로하는 표지 물품.
- 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 재귀반사 시트;유기 중합체 표면 상에 배치된, 아크릴레이트를 함유하는 방사선 경화 피막; 및방사선 경화 피막 상에 배치된 표지 재료를 포함하는 표지 물품으로서, 가솔린으로 상기 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우 상기 표지 물품으로부터 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 표지 물품.
- 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 재귀반사 시트;유기 중합체 표면 상에 배치된, 지방족 아크릴화 우레탄을 함유하는 방사선 경화 피막; 및방사선 경화 피막 상에 배치된 표지 재료를 포함하는 표지 물품.
- 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면 및 상기 표면 상에 배치된 방사선 경화 피막을 포함하는 기재를 제공하는 단계; 및정전 프린팅, 이온 침착 프린팅, 자기장 기록 프린팅, 잉크젯 프린팅, 레터 프레스 프린팅, 오프셋 프린팅 및 그라비야 프린팅으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 기법을 사용하여, 방사선 경화 피막에 표지 재료를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 표지 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 가솔린으로 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우, 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 표지 물품은 표지 재료 위에 보호 피막을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제26항에 있어서, 표지 물품은 표지 재료 위에 보호 피막을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 기재는 재귀반사 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면은 방사선 경화 피막을 포함하고, 상기 방사선 경화 피막 상에 표지 재료가 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 기재를 제공하는 단계; 및레터 프레스 프린팅 및 오프셋 프레스 프린팅으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 기법을 사용하여, 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면에 표지 재료를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 표지 물품의 제조 방법으로서, 가솔린으로 상기 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우에 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않으며, 또한 상기 표지 물품은 보호 외피층을 포함하지 않는 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 기재는 재귀반사 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 유기 중합체 표면은 방사선 경화 피막을 포함하고, 상기 방사선 경화 피막 상에 표지 재료가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서, 방사선 경화 피막은 자외선 경화성 조성물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면을 포함하는 확인증 스티커를 제공하는 단계; 및비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면 상에 표지 재료를 스크린 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는 확인증 스티커의 제조 방법으로서, 가솔린으로 상기 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우에 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않으며, 또한 상기 확인증 스티커는 보호 외피층을 포함하지 않는 것인 확인증 스티커의 제조 방법.
- 비셀룰로스성 유기 중합체 표면 및 상기 표면 상에 배치된 방사선 경화 피막을 포함하는 기재를 제공하는 단계; 및방사선 경화 피막 상에 표지 재료를 스크린 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는 표지 물품의 제조 방법으로서, 가솔린으로 상기 표지 재료를 5회 닦을 경우에 상기 표지 재료가 거의 제거되지 않으며, 또한 상기 표지 물품은 보호 외피층을 포함하지 않는 것인 표지 물품의 제조 방법.
