Claims (6)
- 바실러스속 미생물을 이용하여 폴리글루탐산을 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 글리세롤, 시트르산 및 글루탐산을 함유하는 배지에 당류를 첨가하여 2 내지 3g/L의 농도로 유지하도록 유가식으로 배양한 다음, 그로 부터 폴리글루탐산을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,바실러스속 미생물은 바실러스 리케니포미스(Bacillus licheniformis,ATCC 9945A)인 것을 특징으로 하는고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,당류는 과당, 젖당, 포도당, 설탕, 맥아당 및 갈락토스로 구성된그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
- 바실러스속 미생물을 이용하여 폴리글루탐산을 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 글리세롤, 시트르산 및 글루탐산을 함유하는 배지에 2 내지 10g/L의 당류를 첨가하고 회분식으로 배양한 다음, 그로 부터 폴리글루탐산을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,바실러스속 미생물은 바실러스 리케니포미스(Bacillus licheniformis,ATCC 9945A)인 것을 특징으로 하는고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,당류는 과당, 젖당, 포도당, 설탕, 맥아당 및 갈락토스로 구성된그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는고농도 폴리글루탐산의 생산방법.
