Claims (7)
- 산화철, 산화망간, 산화아연을 각각 Fe2O3, MnO, ZnO로 환산하여,Fe2O3: 50∼56몰%,MnO: 21∼27몰%,ZnO: 20∼26몰%를 주성분으로 함유하고,P로 환산한 0.0003∼0.003중량%의 인을 보조성분으로 함유하며,평균결정입경이 50㎛∼200㎛인 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 대해 Bi2O3로 환산한 0.08중량% 이하(단, 0은 제외)의 산화비스무트 성분을 보조성분으로 함유하는 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 대해 MoO3로 환산한 0.12중량% 이하(단, 0은 제외)의 산화몰리브덴 성분을 보조성분으로 함유하는 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조성분으로 산화니오브, 산화탄탈, 산화지르코늄의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 각각 Nb2O5, Ta2O5, ZrO2로 환산하여Nb2O5: 0(단, 0은 제외)∼0.03중량%,Ta2O5: 0(단, 0은 제외)∼0.06중량%,ZrO2: 0(단, 0은 제외)∼0.06중량%를 함유하는 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CaO로 환산한 0.005∼0.05중량%의 산화칼슘을 함유하는 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10kHz에서의 투자율이 15,000 이상인 망간-아연계 페라이트.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 100kHz에서의 투자율이 15,000 이상인 망간-아연계 페라이트.
