Claims (18)
- 압연된 쉬이트 또는 스트립으로 제조되며 성형되고 연결되어서 차량 제조시 안전 성분으로서 소성변형에 의해 운동에너지를 흡수하는 능력이 큰 파이프형 부재 또는 중공체를 생성하며 다음 조성을 가지는 AlSiMg 형 알루미늄 합금.실리콘 0.45 ∼0.85 중량%마그네슘 0.35 ∼ 1.0 중량%구리 0.05 ∼ 0.30 중량%철 0.05 ∼ 0.25 중량%바나듐 최대 0.25 중량%망간 최대 0.10 중량%합금 제조와 관련된 불순물 최대 0.05 중량%(총 최대 0.15중량%) 나머지 알루미늄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.50∼0.80중량% 실리콘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.40∼0.65 중량% 마그네슘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.05∼0.20 중량% 구리를 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.05∼0.20중량% 철을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 최대 0.20중량% 바나듐을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 쉬이트로 형성되어 튜브형 부재나 중공체에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밍에 의해 모양이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 연속 잉곳 또는 스트림 주조, 열간/냉간 압연과 520∼580℃의 연속로에서 용액처리후 켄칭에 의해 스트립 또는 쉬이트가 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 차량 제조시 안전 부재로서 청구항 1 ∼9 항 중 한 항에 따른 구조부재.
- 차량의 본네트, 도어 및 트렁크 뚜껑과 같은 2편 쉬이트 구조물 형태로서 균열을 형성하거나 오렌지 피일 효과를 보이지 않고 높은 굽힘성을 보이며 다음을 함유한 AlSiMg 형 알루미늄 합금으로 제조된 차체.실리콘 0.45 ∼0.85 중량%마그네슘 0.35 ∼ 1.0 중량%구리 0.05 ∼ 0.30 중량%철 0.05 ∼ 0.25 중량%바나듐 최대 0.25 중량%망간 최대 0.10 중량%합금 제조와 관련된 불순물 최대 0.05 중량%(총 최대 0.15중량%) 나머지 알루미늄.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.50∼0.80중량% 실리콘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제 11 항 또는 12 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.40∼0.65 중량% 마그네슘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제 11 항 내지 13 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.05∼0.20 중량% 구리를특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제 11 항 내지 14 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 0.05∼0.20중량% 철을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제 11 항 내지 15항 중 한 항에 있어서, 합금이 최대 0.20중량% 바나듐을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제 11 항 내지 16 항 중 한 항에 있어서, 연속 잉곳 또는 스트림 주조, 열간/냉간 압연과 520∼580℃의 연속로에서 용액처리후 켄칭에 의해 스트립 또는 쉬이트가 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 구조부재.
- 인공적으로 시효경화된 상태 T6에서 사용되는 청구항 1 내지 9 또는 청구항 11 내지 17 중 한 항에 따른 구조부재.
