Claims (10)
- 하기를 함유 (중량%)하는 폴리올레핀 조성물:A) 2.5 내지 50 g/10 분의 용융흐름속도 (MFRA) 값 (2.16 kg 의 하중으로 230 ℃에서 측정)을 가지며, 0.5 내지 8 g/10 분의 용융흐름속도 (MFRⅠ) 값 (2.16 kg 의 하중으로 230 ℃에서 측정)을 갖는 20 % ~ 80 % 의 분획 AⅠ) 및 20 % ~ 80 % 의 분획 AⅡ)를 함유하는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 성분 60 % ~ 95 %; 및B) C4-C10α-올레핀(들) 10 내지 40 %를 함유하는, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 C4-C10α-올레핀(들)과의 공중합체 5 % ~ 40 %;상기 분획 AⅠ) 및 AⅡ)는 프로필렌 단독중합체, 및 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C10α-올레핀(들)을 15 % 까지 함유하는 프로필렌의 랜덤 공중합체로부터 독립적으로 선택되고; MFRA/MFRⅠ의 비는 2 내지 25 이며; A) 및 B)의 백분율은 A) 와 B)의 합을 말하고, AⅠ) 및 AⅡ)의 백분율은 AⅠ) 과 AⅡ)의 합을 말한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용융흐름속도 값 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg)이 4 g/10 분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실온에서 크실렌에 용해하는 분획의 극한점도가 0.8 내지 2.5 dl/g 의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상이 프로필렌 공중합체로부터 선택되는 경우 각각의 분획 AⅠ) 과 AⅡ)에서의 공단량체 또는 공단량체들의 함량이 0.5 내지 10 중량% 의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분획 AⅠ) 과 AⅡ)에 대해 실온에서 크실렌에 용해하는 중합체의 함량이 프로필렌 공중합체에 대해 80 % 이상이거나, 프로필렌 단독중합체에 대해 90 % 이상 (상기 백분율은 중량%이며, 하나의 분획의 중량에 대한 값임)임을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소성/취성 전이온도가 -2 ℃ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 둘 이상의 중합 단계로 관련 단량체(들)를 중합하여 분획 AⅠ) 및 AⅡ) 를 생성하고, 다른 단계(들)로 에틸렌 및 C4-C10α-올레핀(들)의 혼합물을 중합하여 성분B)를 생성하며, 첫 단계를 제외하고는 생성된 중합체와 이전 단계에서 사용된 촉매의 존재하에서 각 단계가 조작되는, 3 이상의 연속단계로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 중합 촉매는 촉매형성 성분으로서 하나 이상의 티타늄-할로겐 결합을 갖는 티타늄 화합물, 및 전자공여 화합물 (이들은 활성형태로 할로겐화마그네슘상에 지지됨) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 고체 성분으로 이루어지는 입체특이성 지글러-나타 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 모든 중합 단계가 기상에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 (공)중합 단계는 액체 프로필렌을 희석제로 사용하여 수행되고, 다른 중합 단계(들)는 기상에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
