- 서로 직교하는 두 방향 중의 적어도 한 방향으로 신축성을 갖는 탄성 시트의 적어도 한 면에 상기 두 방향 중의 적어도 상기 한 방향으로 신장성을 갖는 시트형 섬유 집합체가 접합되어 이루어지는 신축성 복합 시트에 있어서,상기 탄성 시트가 상기 한 방향으로 80% 이상 탄성적으로 신장 가능하고,상기 섬유 집합체가 비탄성적인 신장성을 갖는 것으로, 상기 탄성 시트와 상기 두 방향으로 간헐적으로 형성된 접합부에 있어서 일체화하고 있고, 상기 한 방향에 있어서 서로 인접하는 상기 접합부와 접합부 사이에서는 상기 섬유 집합체를 구성하고 있는 섬유가 상기 접합부들 사이의 치수보다 길게 만곡하며, 상기 한 방향으로 상기 탄성 시트와 함께 신장 가능하고, 에틸렌 함량이 0.5∼10 중량%의 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌 함량이 0.5∼10 중량%, 부텐 함량이 0.5∼15 중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐 공중합체 및 이들 공중합체의 혼합물 중 어느 하나를 100∼10 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 신축성 복합 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 상기 공중합체 중 어느 하나와 프로필렌 동종 중합체와의 혼합물로서, 상기 동종 중합체의 함량이 0∼90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 시트와 상기 섬유 집합체가 상기 접합부에서 용착하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 열가소성 합성 섬유로 이루어져 한 방향으로 비탄성적으로 신장 가능한 제1 웨브가 열가소성 합성 수지로 이루어져 적어도 상기 한 방향으로 탄성적으로 신축 가능한 제2 웨브 중 적어도 한 면에 접합되어 상기 한 방향으로의 탄성적인 신축성을 갖고 있는 복합 시트의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 제1 웨브가 에틸렌 함량 0.5∼10 중량%의 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌 함량 0.5∼10 중량%, 부텐 함량 0.5∼15 중량%의 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐 공중합체 및 이들 공중합체의 혼합물 중 어느 하나를 100∼10 중량%로 포함하는 150% 이상의 파단 신장률을 갖는 섬유로 이루어지고,상기 제2 웨브는 상기 한 방향으로 80% 이상 탄성적으로 신장 가능한 것으로,이들 제1, 제2 웨브를 이하의 단계에서 접합, 신장시켜 상기 신축성의 복합 시트를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:a. 상기 제1 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 연속적으로 공급하는 단계.b. 상기 제2 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 연속적으로 공급하여 상기 제1 웨브에 중합시키는 단계.c. 중합시킨 상기 제1, 제2 웨브를 상기 한 방향과 그 한 방향에 대한 직교 방향 중의 적어도 상기 한 방향에 있어서 간헐적으로 접합시키는 단계.d. 접합시킨 상기 제1, 제2 웨브를 상기 제2 웨브의 탄성 한계 내에 있어서상기 제1 웨브의 파단 신도 이하의 범위에서 상기 한 방향과 직교 방향 중 적어도 상기 한 방향으로 신장시키는 단계.e. 신장시킨 상기 제1, 제2 웨브를 탄성적으로 수축시켜 상기 복합 시트를 얻는 단계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단계 d에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 웨브를 80% 이상 신장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 복합 시트.
