Claims (7)
- 헬리코박터 파일로리 (Helicobacter pylori) 제균성 (除菌性) 및/또는 헬리코박터 파일로리에 의한 감염에 대한 보호성을 가지며, 헬리코박터 파일로리에 대하여 고살균력을 갖는 락토바실루스 가쎄리 (Lactobacillus gasseri)에 속하는 하나 이상의 락트산 박테리아, 락트산 박테리아를 포함하는 물질 및 그의 가공 제품을 포함하는 식음료 (food or drink) 제품.
- 헬리코박터 파일로리 제균성 및/또는 헬리코박터 파일로리에 의한 감염에 대한 보호성을 가지며; 경구 투여 조성물로 제조될 경우 헬리코박터 파일로리에 대한 고살균력, 저 pH 환경에 대한 내성 및 고생존성을 갖는 락토바실루스 가쎄리에 속하는 하나 이상의 락트산 박테리아, 상기 락트산 박테리아를 포함하는 물질 및 그의 가공 제품을 포함하는 식음료 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 락트산 박테리아가 락토바실루스 가쎄리 OLL 2716인 식음료 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 락트산 박테리아가 락트산 박테리아의 현탁물, 락트산 박테리아의 배양물, 락트산 박테리아의 액체 배양물, 및 락트산 박테리아로부터의 발효유로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 것인 식음료 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가공 제품이 농축 제품; 페이스트 제품; 분무 건조 제품, 동결건조 제품, 진공 건조 제품, 및 드럼 건조 제품으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 건조 제품; 액체 제품; 및 희석 제품으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 것인 식음료 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건강 식품인 것을 특징으로 하는 식음료 제품.
- 락토바실루스 가쎄리 OLL 2716 (FERM BP-6999).
