Claims (7)
- 복수의 레이저 광원과 상기 복수의 레이저 광원에 대응하는 복수의 수광 소자를 포함하는 광 헤드에 있어서,개별의 레이저 다이오드로 형성된 상기 복수의 레이저 광원 중 하나의 레이저 광원; 및상기 하나의 레이저 광원 이외의 레이저 광원과 상기 복수의 수광 소자를 포함하는 레이저 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 레이저 광원으로부터 방사된 레이저 광이 빔 분할기를 통과하여 광학적 정보 매체로 유도되고,광학적 정보 매체로부터의 반사광은 상기 빔 분할기에 의해 상기 레이저 모듈로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저 모듈은 2파장의 레이저 광원을 포함하고,상기 레이저 모듈의 레이저 광의 광축이 빔 분할기에 의해 상기 레이저 다이오드의 레이저 광의 광축과 얼라인되고, 상기 레이저 광은 콜리메이터 렌즈에 의해 평행 광으로 된 후 포커스 렌즈에 의해 광학적 정보 매체 상에 집광하고, 반사된 레이저 광은 편광 회절 격자와 빔 분할기를 경유하여 상기 레이저 모듈 내의 수광 소자로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 모듈은 1파장의 레이저 광원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드와 빔 분할기 간에 빔 정형 프리즘을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 복수의 레이저 광원과 상기 복수의 레이저 광원에 대응하는 복수의 수광 소자를 포함하는 광 헤드에 있어서,상기 복수의 레이저 광원 중 적어도 하나의 레이저 광원이 상기 복수의 수광 소자를 갖는 포함하는 기판 상에 레이저 칩으로서 접착된 레이저 모듈; 및개별적인 레이저 다이오드로서 형성된 상기 레이저 광원 이외의 레이저 광원을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 레이저 광원으로부터 방사한 레이저 광이 빔 분할기를 통과하여 광학적 정보 매체로 유도되고,광학적 정보 매체로부터의 반사광은 상기 빔 분할기에 의해 상기 레이저 모듈 내의 수광 소자로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 레이저 다이오드가 2파장의 레이저 광원을 포함하고,상기 레이저 모듈은 1파장의 레이저 광원을 포함하고,상기 레이저 다이오드의 한쪽의 레이저 광의 광축이 빔 분할기에 의해 레이저 모듈의 레이저 광의 광축에 얼라인되고, 상기 레이저 광은 콜리메이터 렌즈에 의해 평행 광으로 된 후, 포커스 렌즈에서 광학적 정보 매체 상에 집광되고,반사한 레이저 광이 편광 회절 격자에 의해 1차 회절 광으로 변환되어, 빔 분할기를 경유하여 레이저 모듈 내의 3 개의 레이저 광원에 대응하는 수광 소자로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 헤드.
- 광학적 정보 기록 재생 장치에 있어서,개별적인 레이저 다이오드로서 형성된 복수의 레이저 광원 중 하나의 레이저 광원과, 상기 하나의 레이저 광원 이외의 레이저 광원과 복수의 수광 소자를 포함하는 레이저 모듈를 포함하는 광 헤드;광학적 정보 매체 판정 수단; 및광원 선택 수단을 포함하고,복수의 레이저 광원으로부터 방사된 레이저 광이 빔 분할기를 경유하여 광학적 정보 매체로 유도되고, 상기 광학적 정보 매체로부터의 반사광은 빔 분할기에 의해 레이저 모듈로 유도되며,상기 광학적 정보 매체 판별 수단의 판별 결과에 따라 상기 광원 선택 수단에 의해 상기 레이저 광원을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 재생 장치.
