Description
Claims (11)
- 원료 분말을 포함하는 혼합물을 사용하여 압출 성형에 의해 중공 구멍을 갖는 막대 형상의 성형체를 성형하는 공정(A)과,상기 성형체에 대해 탈지하는 공정(B)과,상기 탈지체를 소결하여 소결체를 얻는 공정(C)을 가지며,상기 공정(A)의 종료 후에, 적어도 1회 나사 가공을 포함하는 기계 가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나사 가공을 포함하는 기계 가공은 상기 공정(A)과 상기 공정(B) 사이에, 상기 공정(A)에서 얻어진 성형체에 대해 실시되는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나사 가공을 포함하는 기계 가공은 상기 공정(B)과 상기 공정(C) 사이에, 상기 공정(B)에서 얻어진 탈지체에 대해 실시되는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나사 가공을 포함하는 기계 가공은 상기 공정(C) 이후, 상기 공정(C)에서 얻어진 소결체에 대해 실시되는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공정(C)은 여러번의 소결 공정으로 나누어 행해지는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 공정(C)은 탈지체를 가소결하여 1차 소결체를 얻는 공정과, 1차 소결체에 대해 본소결하여 2차 소결체를 얻는 공정을 가지며,상기 나사 가공을 포함하는 기계 가공은 상기 1차 소결체에 대해 실시되는 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중공 구멍의 소결 완료 후의 직경이 1.5mm 이하인 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압출 성형의 압출 압력은 1000kgf/cm2이하인 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원료 분말은 금속 분말 또는 세라믹스 분말인 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 최종적으로 얻어지는 소결체의 빈 구멍율이 7% 미만인 나사 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 나사는 감압 하 또는 진공 하에서 사용되는 것인 나사 제조 방법.
