Claims (15)
- 내연기관의 흡입관에서 압력과 온도를 검측하며, 평가회로를 구비한 지지체(20) 상에서 완전히 팽창되어 고정된 압력센서(40)와, 온도센서(70)가 공통 하우징(10) 내에 배치된 검측장치에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)은 상호 분리된 적어도 두 개의 공동(16, 18)을 둘러싸며, 이 공동의 한쪽은 아암(15)을 통해 흡입관에 연결되며 주위에 대해 밀봉된 압력실(16)을 형성하고, 이 압력실에는 위에 압력센서(40)가 고정된 지지체(20)의 일부(21)가 배치되고, 이 공동의 다른쪽은 지지체(20)의 나머지 부분이 연결부품(23)을 수용하여 고정하도록 사용되며, 이때 지지체(20)를 고정하고 압력센서(40)를 밀봉하기 위해 기계적 응력을 흡수하는 밀봉고무결합체(22, 28)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(10)은, 옆에 아암(15)이 배치되며 기계적 응력을 흡수하는 밀봉고무결합체(22)를 통하여 지지판이 고정된 베이스부(12)와, 이 베이스부(12)와 결합된 덮개(14)를 포함하며, 상기 덮개는 지지체 위에 놓여 배치되며 두 개의 공동(16, 18)을 형성하기 위해 벽(19)을 가지며, 상기 공동들은 기계적 응력을 흡수하는 하나의 밀봉고무결합체(28)를 통하여 지지체(20)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개(14)는 기계적 응력을 흡수하는 밀봉고무결합체(27)에 의해서 베이스부(12) 상에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력실(16) 내의 베이스부에는 부착패드(17)가 제공되며, 이 부착패드에는 기계적 응력을 흡수하는 하나의 밀봉고무결합체(25)를 통하여 지지체가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서(40) 주위에는 링(42)이 배치되며, 상기 링(42)과 압력센서(40) 사이의 사이공간(44)에는 화학적으로 안정된 겔이 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 화학적으로 안정된 겔은 플루오르실리콘 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)는 아암(15)의 내부에서 돌출하는 식으로 베이스부(12) 상에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)의 연결관(71)은 아암(15) 상에 형성된 탄성 클립클램프(95)를 통하여 아암(15) 상에 형성된 두 개의 측면 상에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)와 이 온도센서의 연결관(71)은 보호에나멜이나 보호코팅, 주로 폴리에스테르에나멜로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서의 연결관(71)은 하나 이상의 밀봉고무결합체(22)를 통하여 지지체(20)와 베이스부(12) 사이에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)는 아암 내에 형성된 수용부에 삽입되며, 지지체와 베이스부 사이에 배치되며 온도센서(70)의 연결관(71)의 단부를 둘러싸는 고무결합체(22)를 통하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)의 연결관(71)은 이 연결관의 결합을 위한 자유단부 상에서 테프론코팅되며, 이 자유단부와 테프론코팅된 연결관(71)의 일부층은 고무결합체(22)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)의 연결관(71)을, 베이스부(12)에 배치되어 외부로 연결된 캘리퍼스플러그(30)에 결합시키기 위해서 절단고무결합체(73)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(70)의 연결관(71)을, 베이스부(12)에 배치되어 외부로 연장된 캘리퍼스플러그(30)에 결합시키기 위해서 유도고무결합 및 납땜이음 및 용접이음이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검측장치.
- 내연기관의 흡입관에서 압력과 온도를 검측하며, 특히 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 검측장치를 제조하기 위한 제조방법에 있어서,하우징(10)의 베이스부(12) 내에 온도센서(70)를 고정하는 단계와;상기 베이스부(12)에 제공된 캘리퍼스플러그(30)를 연결관(71)과 전기접촉시키는 단계와;탄성 고무밀봉결합체(22)를 통하여 지지체(20)를 상기 베이스부(12) 상에 고정하는 단계와;상기 베이스부(12) 내에서 지지체(20)의 도체단자와 캘리퍼스플러그(30) 사이에서 전기접촉을 형성하는 단계와;상기 지지체(20)와 베이스부(12) 상에 탄성 고무밀봉결합체(27, 28)를 통하여 덮개(14)를 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
