Claims (10)
- 기판상에 형성된 적어도 하나의 유전체층과 광의 조사에 의해 결정질과 비정질로 가역 변화하는 기록층을 포함하여 이루어진 다층막 구조의 상변화 광디스크에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 그 굴절률이 적어도 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 제1 유전체층과 제2 유전체층을 구비하며, 상기 기판상에 상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 기록층 및 상기 제2 유전체층이 순차적으로 적층된 다층막 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 제1 유전체층과 제2 유전체층을 구비하며, 상기 기판상에 상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 기록층, 상기 제2 유전체층 및 반사층이 순차적으로 적층된 다층막 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 그 굴절률이 2.5 이상인 TiO2, ZnO, CeO2및 ZnS 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 Ge2Sb2Te5와 Sb의 합금, GeSb2Te4와 Sb의 합금 및 GeSb4Te7와 Sb의 합금 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광흡수율비(Ac/Aa)가 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광위상차가 5°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 결정질 상태일 때 보다 비정질 상태일 때의 광반사율이 크도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 다층막 구조는 0.4㎛ 이하의 트랙 폭을 갖는 광디스크에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 다층막 구조는 450㎚ 이하의 파장을 갖는 광을 사용하는 광디스크에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
