Claims (9)
- 투명 기판상에 박막 성형된 적어도 하나의 제1유전체층과, 재생광의 조사에 의해 결정상과 비정질상으로 가역 변화하는 상변화 기록층 및 반사층을 포함하여 이루어진 다층막 구조의 상변화 광디스크에 있어서,상기 기판과 상기 반사층 사이에는, 재생광의 조사에 의해 광 스폿 내부에 부분적으로 위상차가 발생하여 재생광의 광학적 경로가 변화하는 두 영역이 형성되는 위상조절층이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판상에 제1유전체층과, 재생광의 조사에 의해 광 스폿 내부에 부분적으로 위상차가 발생하여 재생광의 광학적 경로가 변화하는 두 영역이 형성되는 위상조절층, 제2유전체층, 재생광의 조사에 의해 결정상과 비정질상으로 가역 변화하는 상변화 기록층, 제3유전체층, 반사층 및 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 반사층과 상기 보호층 사이에 제4유전체층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 위상조절층은 재생광의 조사에 의해 결정상과 비정질상으로 가역 변화하거나 결정상에서 결정상으로 변화하는 상변화 재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 위상조절층에 형성되는 두 영역중 하나의 영역에서는 위상차가 최소 0도가 되고, 다른 영역에서는 위상차가 최대 180도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 위상조절층은 GeSbTe계, InSbTe계, AgInSbTe계, Au 및 Ni 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상변화 기록층은 GeSbTe계, InSbTe계, AgInSbTe계 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층은 Al2O3, ZnS-SiO2, Si3N4, SiO2, MgF2, NaF2, LiF2, CaF2및 AlF2중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 Al, Al-Ti계, Cu, Au 및 이들을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
