Claims (12)
- 기판상에 제1유전체층, 간섭층, 제2유전체층, 기록층, 제3유전체층 및 반사층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지고,상기 간섭층은 Al, Ag, GaP 및 이들을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 기판상에 제1유전체층, 간섭층, 제2유전체층, 기록층, 제3유전체층 및 반사층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지고,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광흡수비율(Ac/Aa)이 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1유전체층은 Al2O3, ZnS-SiO2, Si3N4, SiO2, MgF2, NaF2, LiF2, CaF2, 및 AlF2 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 간섭층은 20nm 이하의 두께를 가지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광위상차가 5°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 기판상에 간섭층, 제1유전체층, 제2유전체층, 기록층, 제3유전체층 및 반사층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지고,상기 간섭층은 Al, Ag, GaP 및 이들을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 기판상에 간섭층, 제1유전체층, 제2유전체층, 기록층, 제3유전체층 및 반사층이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지고,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광흡수비율이 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1유전체층은 Al2O3, ZnS-SiO2, Si3N4, SiO2, MgF2, NaF2, LiF2, CaF2 및 AlF2 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 간섭층은 20nm 이하의 두께를 가지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
- 삭제
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 결정질과 비정질상태에서의 광위상차가 5°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 광디스크.
