Claims (11)
- 액정표시장치의 리셋방법에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 모든 액정셀들에 리셋전압을 동시에 공급하여 리셋시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리셋전압은 상기 액정표시장치의 공통전극라인에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극에 공급되는 리셋전압은 데이터충전기간에서 상기 공통전극에 공급되는 공통전압 보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리셋전압은 상기 액정표시장치의 게이트전극라인들에 동시에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 리셋전압으로 상기 게이트전극라인들에 게이트하이전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋방법.
- 액정표시장치의 리셋회로에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 액정셀들에 데이터전압을 충전하여 유지하는 기간에서는 입력 제어신호에 의해 정상적인 공통전압을 선택하여 상기 액정표시장치의 공통전극에 공급하고, 리셋 기간에서는 상기 입력 제어신호에 의해 상기 정상적인 공통전압보다 낮은 리셋전압을 선택하여 상기 공통전극에 공급하는 전압선택수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
- 액정표시장치의 리셋회로에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치의 액정셀들을 리셋시키는 리셋기간에서만 특정논리 상태를 가지는 입력 제어신호를 증폭하여 상기 액정표시장치의 공통전극에 공급하는 전압증폭기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 전압증폭기는상기 액정셀들에 데이터전압을 충전하여 유지하는 기간에서는 정상적인 공통전극전압을 출력하고, 상기 리셋기간에서는 상기 정상적인 공통전극전압 보다 낮은 리셋전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
- 액정표시장치의 리셋회로에 있어서,순차적인 게이트 구동신호를 발생하는 쉬프트레지스터와,상기 쉬프트레지스터의 출력신호 각각과 입력 리셋신호를 논리합연산하여 출력하기 위한 논리합게이트들과,상기 논리합게이트들 각각에 접속되어 상기 논리합게이트로부터 출력되는 신호의 논리상태에 따라 입력 게이트전압을 절환하여 출력하기 위한 레벨쉬프터들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 리셋신호는 상기 액정표시장치의 액정셀들을 리셋시키기 위한 리셋기간에서만 하이상태이고,상기 레벨쉬프터는 상기 논리합게이트의 출력신호가 하이상태인 경우 게이트하이전압을 해당 게이트라인에 공급하고 상기 논리합게이트의 출력신호가 로우상태인 경우 쉬프트 레지스터의 로직값에 따라 게이트 하이전압 또는 게이트 로우전압을 해당 게이트라인에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 리셋회로는 게이트 구동 집적회로에 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 리셋회로.
