Description
Claims (18)
- 관상체를 통해 연장되는 뼈를 갖춘 관상체와,상기 관상체의 축방향 전방 및 후방 표면을 한정하는 상기 뼈의 축방향 전방 및 후방 개구부와,척추체의 대향하는 평편한 단부면을 수용할 수 있도록 구성된 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면과,오목한 외부 측벽을 포함하여 구성되며, 관상체가 구멍의 가늘고 긴 축선 및 상부 표면에서 하부 표면까지 연장되는 구멍을 가로지르는 제 1 축선에 의해 한정되는 평면에 의해 절단될 때 장방형 단면을 취하고, 또한 구멍의 가늘고 긴 축선 및 한쪽 벽에서 다른쪽 벽까지 연결되는 상기 구멍을 가로지르는 제 2 축선에 의해 한정되는 평면에 의해 절단될 때 장방형 단면을 취할 수 있도록, 상기 오목한 외부 측벽의 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 부분과 상기 각각의 상부 및 하부 표면의 대응하는 폭방향 부분은 이식 장치의 축방향 폭방향 가장자리를 형성하며, 관상체는 구멍의 가늘고 긴 축선을 가로지르는 제 1 및 제 2 축선에 의해 한정되는 평면에 의해 절단될 때 테이퍼형 단면을 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부에 형성된 적어도 하나의 관통 구멍을 포함하며, 상기 관통 구멍은 상기 관상체의 외부 표면에서 내부로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바깥쪽 평탄면중 하나에서 상기 오목한 바깥쪽 측벽의 하나로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 관통 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관상체의 내표면에 형성된 안쪽으로 향하는 적어도 하나의 돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 안쪽으로 향하는 돌기는 상기 관상체의 내표면에 형성된 적어도 두개의 안쪽으로 향하는 돌기를 포함하며, 상기 돌기의 적어도 하나는 상기 관상체의 기부쪽을 향하는 래치트를 형성하고, 적어도 하나의 다른 돌기는 상기 관상체의 말단을 향하는 래치트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면의 적어도 하나에 형성된 적어도 하나의 융기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 융기부는 관상체의 축선에 수직한 상기 대응하는 바깥쪽 평탄면으로부터 밖으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 융기부는 구부러진 외부 가장자리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 융기부는 톱니 모양을 한 외부 가장자리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면 각각에 형성된 다수의 융기부를 포함하며, 각각의 평탄면 위의 상기 다수의 융기부는 장치의 가늘고 긴 축선에 수직하게 정렬되고, 상기 융기부는 상기 대응하는 표면과 상호 떨어져 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부 표면에는 적어도 두개의 융기부가 제공되고, 상기 상부 및 하부 표면의 적어도 하나 위의 상기 융기부의 적어도 하나는 상기 관상체의 기부를 향하는 래치트를 포함하며, 상기 상부 및 하부 표면중 적어도 하나 위의 상기 융기부의 적어도 다른 하나는 상기 관상체의 말단부를 향하는 래치트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면은 상호 평행한 평면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면은 장치가 그 가늘고 긴 축선을 따라 테이퍼 경사지도록 한점으로 모이는 각으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관상체의 내표면 위에 형성되고 상기 관상체의 내부 경계 둘레로 완전하게 연장되는 적어도 하나의 안쪽으로 향하는 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관상체의 적어도 하나의 단부를 폐쇄하기 위한 적어도 하나의 제거가능한 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제거가능한 캡 위에 형성된 나사부와, 상기 관상체의 적어도 하나의 안쪽 단부에 형성되어 상기 캡을 나사결합에 의해 수용하는 대응하는 나사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 관상체의 축선과 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면의 평면에 수직하는 선을 따라 측정한 장치의 높이는 관상체의 축선에 수직하고 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면의 평면에 평행한 선을 따라 측정한 장치의 최대 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
- 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면과,오목한 단면 외부 형상을 한정하는 안쪽으로 휘어진 외부 표면을 갖춘 측벽과,제 1 세트의 관통 구멍은 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 외표면 내에 형성되고 관상체의 상기 내부로 연장되며, 제 2 세트의 관통 구멍은 상기 측벽 내에 형성되고 관상체의 상기 내부로 연장되며, 제 3 세트의 관통 구멍은 상기 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 표면 내에 형성되고 상기 측벽의 안쪽으로 휘어진 외표면으로 연장되는 다수의 관통 구멍과,각각의 상부 및 하부의 바깥쪽 평탄면 위에 형성되며, 관상체의 축선에 수직 배치되는 다수의 융기부와,상기 관상체의 내표면 위에 형성된 다수의 융기부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공의 관상 양수체 융합 이식 장치.
