Description
Claims (4)
- (a) 고정금형이 설치된 고정플래튼(platen)과,(b) 그 고정플래튼과 마주보게 하여 전후진이 자유롭게 되도록 설치되며 가동금형이 설치된 가동플래튼과,(c) 구동수단과,(d) 그 구동수단을 구동함에 의해 이동되는 이동부재와,(e) 그 이동부재와 상기 가동플래튼을 연결하는 전달기구와,(f) 상기 이동부재의 위치를 검출하는 검출수단과,(g) 상기 이동부재를 소정의 위치패턴으로 이동시켰을 때의 이동부재의 위치와 그 때 발생된 형체력이 대응되어 저장된 기억수단과,(h) 형체력을 설정하기 위한 형체력 설정기와,(i) 설정된 형체력에 기초하여 형체력 패턴을 발생시키는 형체력 패턴발생기와,(j) 상기 형체력 패턴에 대응하는 이동부재의 위치를 상기 기억수단에서 읽어서 상기 구동수단을 구동하는 위치제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체제어장치.
- (a) 고정금형이 설치된 고정플래튼과,(b) 그 고정플래튼과 마주보게 하여 전후진이 자유롭게 되도록 설치되며 가동금형이 설치된 가동플래튼과,(c) 전동기와,(d) 그 전동기를 구동하는 것에 의해 발생된 회전운동을 직선운동으로 변환하여 그 직선운동을 이동부재에 전달하는 운동방향 변환수단과,(e) 그 이동부재와 상기 가동플래튼을 연결하는 전달기구와,(f) 상기 이동부재의 위치를 검출하는 검출수단과,(g) 상기 이동부재를 소정의 위치패턴으로 이동시켰을 때의 이동부재의 위치와 그 때 발생된 형체력이 대응되어 저장된 기억수단과,(h) 형체력을 설정하기 위한 형체력 설정기와,(i) 설정된 형체력에 기초하여 형체력 패턴을 발생시키는 형체력 패턴발생기와,(j) 상기 형체력 패턴에 대응하는 이동부재의 위치를 상기 기억수단에서 읽어서 상기 구동수단을 구동하는 위치제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 형체력을 검출하는 형체력 검출기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,(a) 형체력을 검출하는 형체력 검출기와,(b) 상기 형체력 패턴 및 검출된 형체력에 기초하여 피드백제어를 행하는 피드백 제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체제어장치.
