Claims (5)
- 動力駆動源により所定の生産機械に備えるアクチュエータを駆動する生産機械の駆動方法において、前記動力駆動源における複数の異なる大きさの駆動出力により前記アクチュエータを駆動し、前記アクチュエータが正常に動作することを条件として、少なくとも前記アクチュエータの動作状態に係わる物理量とこの動作状態に対応するエネルギ消費に係わる物理量をそれぞれ検出するとともに、検出した各物理量(検出結果)を選択画面によりディスプレイに表示し、かつこの選択画面から前記駆動出力の大きさを選択し、又は前記物理量の検出結果に対して、予め設定した節電モードに基づいて自動で省エネルギ性の一番高い駆動出力の大きさを選択し、選択した前記駆動出力により前記アクチュエータを駆動することを特徴とする生産機械の駆動方法。
- 前記動力駆動源に油圧駆動源を用いるとともに、前記アクチュエータに前記油圧駆動源により駆動される油圧アクチュエータを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生産機械の駆動方法。
- 前記物理量の検出は、検出モードを設定し、この検出モードを選択することにより、検出処理を実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の生産機械の駆動方法。
- 前記物理量の検出は、生産機械の工場出荷前に、標準的な条件により検出処理を行うことにより、予め設定しておくことを特徴とする請求項1記載の生産機械の駆動方法。
- 前記生産機械には、少なくとも射出成形機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の生産機械の駆動方法。
